It would be nice to be able to review the paystubs as data is being entered so we can see the changes live. After downloading, I need to re-format before doing any analysis. Also the ability to code every hour to employee, jobs, equipment and trucks keeps everything very organized when running reports. **What do you dislike about Explorer Eclipse?** When a problem does occur, there is no one to actually call - you need to submit a ticket online. When the problem is urgent I do receive replies at a reasonable timeframe but when they are not, sometimes coming to a solution can take a while. Implementation seems fairly. Customer support seems fast. **What do you dislike about Explorer Eclipse?** You can not doing anything in mass. Creating a PO is time consuming, even for the most simple PO's. You aren't able to copy a PO, so each individual PO has to be created from scratch. It seems to lag a lot when there are multiple users on. There are lots of features, but again they are not easily managed and difficult to find at times. This makes implementation, configuring and training extremely hard. A potentially good software does not help if you cannot configure and implement it. Canadian comp that seems to have little knowledge or willingness to accommodate the needs of a US company.
