More straightforward to use that Explorer which we were using previously. Online portal is nice to to access anywhere. I use different parts of the site for AR, AP and payroll. Sometimes you run into questions and I find the self help tools with how to procedures is very nice. Sometimes it times out when you are in the middle of an entry. You don't know until you go to submit and then it has timed out.
