A great platform for event ticketing **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2019 **What do you like best about ExplaraEvent?** 1- You can create the event and manage the content, ticket price in an effective manner. 2- Tools like SEO, Image & Video Gallery enhances the lookout and performance of the event to reach a broader audience. 3- The best part which I liked is the Theme where you can have a dedicated page for your event in 4 different layouts. **What do you dislike about ExplaraEvent?** 1- Include more themes- Overview & Register should be in BOLD. 2- Formatting options should be simplified like using MS Word where you can change the paragraph and line spacing settings. 3- The thing which I dislike is the time taken between the release of payment advice and its update in payout history. It is confusing that the payment received in the bank account is of which ticket and of which event. 4. You can add pages, photos, albums and media on your event. It is very modern and creative. I believe my members will find the online portal useful. **What do you dislike about ExplaraEvent?** There are a lot of steps and I tend to get confused because I am not very IT savvy, hence it had been a problem for me. However, the team is very helpful and they solved the problems for me. **What problems is ExplaraEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?** This event can prevent overbooking which have created issues for us with our previous vendor. ### 3. I really appreciate the timely and positive response I get on my issues.. **What do you dislike about ExplaraEvent?** I feel that if the complete summary and documentation with regards a particular event like explara invoice, invoices issued to buyers, buyers list and remittance against each event, etc. can all be clubbed and kept together in one folder maintained on your web page it will really be an added advantage. Though we have access to this information but in bits and pieces.. **What problems is ExplaraEvent solving and how is that benefiting you?** We get quick event invites created and use the automated registration and fee collection platforms of explara. ### 4.
