**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

It has been a pleasure working with Expertise.ai. I started with them on a free version through ChatSimple.ai, and was hooked from the moment I created our AI Customer Agent for our website. It was so simple to set up, and the customer service / support I got from the (now Expertise.ai) team was stellar. I highly recommend using their service. Also, the organization, integrations, and amount of data to work with on this platform are all fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

There's really no down side to using this program. I like all of it. Maybe it could have a longer free-trial session, and cost less, but the cost is pretty affordable as is.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ExpertiseAI solves the problem of a small business wanting to capture leads and real data through their website, but more importantly, to make sure the clients that visit our website are taken care of, at least until a real person can get involved.

**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

It's easy to use and intuitive. I'm able to navigate it without needing to read tutorials. Plenty of features. Any time I've ever needed help they respond quickly. I was able to use the HubSpot Plugin very easily.

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

This is the most challenging part because I honestly can't think of much to put here.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I was looking for an AI customer outreach platform I decided to give expertise.ai a try based on the stellar reviews I had seen. Everything is WAY easier than I expected. Whether you're familiar with AI engagement or you're just getting started it's easy to use but has the depth companies like mine need to answer more detailed technical questions. My expertise.ai bot functions autonomously, guiding customers to content and collecting leads. Then, I get the leads delivered into HubSpot for a quick follow-up from our sales team. It JUST WORKS! No need for complex and expensive homegrown AI agents here (cough cough CLAY). I love it.

**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

The biggest value for us is the visitor identification. That’s really the gold mine from a marketing perspective. Being able to capture contact information from website visitors and use it for follow-up is extremely valuable. Implementation was easy, the HubSpot integration was smooth. It doesn't look or feel like typical chatbots.

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

There isn’t much to dislike. We didn’t use all features during our proof of concept and some of our tracking limitations are internal rather than related to the tool itself.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Expertise AI, we were only capturing very high-intent leads through a basic chat flow and cost heavy webinars.. With Expertise AI, we generated 543 leads in few weeks and few are into trials and subscriptions. It’s generating incremental revenue that we likely wouldn’t have captured otherwise, which is a win for us in a very niche market.

Easy to use without needing a lot of technical support Helpful and responsive support team AI summaries and information are good and accurate.

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

If you're not a HubSpot expert it will take a bit to integrate with your HubSpot workflow, but just jump on a call with Vinay and he'll solve it quickly. It lacks customization of the design of the widget, but they are working on improving that.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to reduce customer service inquiries by solving their problems within the chatbot and we wanted prospects to have the capability to request a sales demo quickly from anywhere on our website.

**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

I’ve been using Chatsimple on my website, and it’s honestly been a game-changer. It greets visitors, answers their questions, and even helps guide them toward booking meetings or making decisions — all without me having to lift a finger. It feels smart, personal, and way more natural than other bots I’ve tried. Plus, setup was fast and painless. Overall, it’s responsive, easy to customize, and actually helps convert visitors into leads. The AI feels genuinely helpful

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

Not much to be honest.If I had to nitpick, I’d love to see more detailed reporting on conversations and customer journeys.

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to miss out on leads just because I couldn’t reply fast enough. With Chatsimple on my site, visitors get instant answers and can book calls without waiting on me. It’s seriously helped me save time and not lose potential clients. Now I can focus on my work knowing the bot’s got my back.

- It was quick to set up and running in under a day.
- The AI picked up our FAQs, product info, and government rebate details with no drama.
- It works well with our CRM and the chat tool on our site.
 -It doesn’t just answer questions, it collects customer info, checks if they’re a good lead, and sends them to the right person.
- It's there for customers 24/7, so we don’t miss leads overnight or on weekends.

Not much, it's pretty good, but even the most basic plan feels a bit steep for smaller teams.

Chatsimple has taken a huge load off our team by handling repetitive enquiries, qualifying leads, and directing people to the right place. Before, we’d either miss messages outside business hours or spend too much time answering the same questions over and over. Now, customers get instant answers 24/7, and we only get involved when there’s a qualified lead ready to go. It’s helped us respond faster, look more professional, and focus our energy on jobs that actually convert.

**What do you like best about Expertise AI?**

The quality of the AI output, the integration capabilities, the UI of platform. It is incredibly easy to make adjustments and fine tuning chat responses. I love the reporting and visibilitiy into our user engagement. This has by far been the best chat bot experience we have integrated into our website. The implementation and service team has been highly responsive, attentive and quick to solve problems allowing us to get our chat bot up and running in record time. They have gone above and beyond to customize our experience based on our specific business needs.

**What do you dislike about Expertise AI?**

Nothing. This is by far the best chatbot platform in market right now!

**What problems is Expertise AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead qualification, client support, prospecting, user engagement, data collection and enrichment. This benefits the business because we are automating manual processes and collecting better information on prospects that allows for a more personalized follow up.
