Experian NeuroID is a behavioral analytics solution that helps fraud, identity, and risk teams identify suspicious digital behavior before an application, login, account change or transaction is completed. The platform analyzes how users interact with digital forms and applications, including typing patterns, mouse movements, edits, hesitation, copy-and-paste activity and navigation behavior. Alongside device and network intelligence, these behavioral signals can help organizations distinguish legitimate customers from malicious bots and fraudulent users. NeuroID supports use cases including onboarding fraud, synthetic identity fraud, account takeover, fraud rings, stolen identities, scams, promotion abuse and automated bot activity. The solution can provide real-time risk signals to existing fraud detection, identity verification and decisioning workflows without requiring legitimate users to complete additional steps solely to generate behavioral intelligence. Key capabilities include behavioral analytics, real-time risk signals, bot detection, device intelligence and protection across the customer lifecycle. Experian reports customer outcomes including a 62% reduction in auto-approved onboarding fraud at a top-five bank, a 2x increase in post-login fraud detection for a financial services organization and more than $1.4 million in annualized savings for a global money transfer provider.
