I love the ease of use of Expensify, especially the SmartScan feature, which allows me to take a picture of a receipt and have the data automatically extracted – it saves a lot of time! The integration with my credit card and with QuickBooks that I use at work is a big advantage, as I can synchronize everything without complications. The mobile app is super convenient for submitting expense reports directly, which is perfect when I'm traveling for work. I also like how the system automatically categorizes my expenses and gives me a clear view of real-time spending. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the fact that I can drag and drop receipts for upload makes everything faster. For me, managing expenses for a small team, these features are a lifesaver. Not everything is perfect with Expensify. The customer support disappointed me quite a bit – there is only the option to contact via email or chat, and the responses are slow or do not resolve more complex issues, like when I had a synchronization error with my card. The SmartScan, although amazing, sometimes fails to read receipts, forcing me to enter everything manually, which is frustrating. The initial setup was also a bit confusing, especially to adjust the expense categories to my workflow.
