Extremely user-friendly. I like that I can create and segregate different expense reports based on the expense category, and also view the entire chain of approvals. I personally like the SmartScan feature as well, where receipts can be uploaded directly by simply clicking a photo of them.

I find that this is a very easy tool to use. I like the way it collates the weekly expenses into a report and helps me to identify each expense type. using the app means I can quickly add/photo new expenses as I go. The app sometimes becomes unresponsive. I also find that the scanning function isn't that great - I often have to add the expenses manually or correct it. I guess that is based on AI, so I don't think that is up to scratch . I guess the ROI is ok - better than having to do everything manually. Expensify’s website design and app are extremely strong and easy to use, with clearly organized sections and straightforward instructions for submitting expense reports. The UI/UX is clean, readable, and intuitive. I also appreciate the ability to take a photo of a receipt and automatically extract the necessary information for an expense report, which makes submitting reports much more straightforward. The main downside to Expensify is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to upload a company’s expense policy for quick, easy reference. I appreciate the ergonomics of Expensify, it's quite simple. What is really useful is the ease of scanning documents quickly or sending them directly by email. Then, Expensify does practically all the work, which makes the process much less manual. This allows me to save a lot of time, especially when I'm in a hurry or on the go. I would say that from time to time when uploading a document, it usually needs to be corrected. I think there can be improvements on that. Then, for the mileage part, there is a lot of work to be done. Today, on mobile, it's almost impossible to justify mileage expenses, even with GPS. You have to go to the computer to be able to do it.
