It also makes booking flights easy by keeping credit card and frequent flier information organized. The automatic receipt matching saves me hours of manually searching for matches, which I had to do in Concur. The workflows and rules automate recurring expenses, so I don't have to reinput information each month. Having all flights managed in one spot is a big help. I use Expensify for managing my reimbursements for travel at work, and it makes it easy to keep track of receipts, such as Ubers, as it connects directly with the app. I really liked using the feature where you can submit receipts by texting a phone number and it auto fills in fields like dates, the name of the place, and the amount in the correct currency from the receipt. There are so many basic needs that for whatever reason don't work. Anyone leaving a review about how great Expensify is needs to get their heads checked. This is weak software that lacks basic ease-of-use features on the interface. Want to add expenses to a report? Can't do it from within the report itself, or at least the search function doesn't work within the report. Accidentally use the wrong dates when setting up a report? Too bad. No way to edit them (that I can find), so you'll have to just start over with a new report. Just a few examples of basic functionality simply not being a part of Expensify. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I have regular work-related spending. Adding an expense with the bill takes very little time, and I don’t have to remember things later. I could start using it right away without setup help. The layout is clean, so entering data feels easy. I open it whenever I have work expenses, and it takes less than a minute to add an entry. Expensify is a very reliable platform that helps small, medium and large companies to organize their travel and expenses, reimbursements, reports integrated with other finance systems, in my case NetSuite, and provides a good way so that finance can have enough control over employee's expenses. Expensify is a quicker and most user friendly software that helps us in managing and tracking all of our business expenses. As the software does not need to maintain a spreadsheet or MS Excel for different type of expenses and data entry.
