The implementation specialist as well as the training were awesome! We had tried Concur first, but the implementation as well as training were atrocious, so we bailed and moved to Expensify. What a refreshing difference! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Expensify? It does not integrate well with Quickbooks. Every week we have to ask our IT team to reboot everything, which means that everyone has to log out of Quickbooks, which is a real pain. Also, whenever there is an update, all of our customizations disappear and we have to manually spend hours reentering all of our GL numbers and their descriptions. It was taking us a TON of time tracking down AMX receipts for our 28 cardholders and then entering the information into Quickbooks. Now the cardmembers upload their receipts to Expensify, which uploads the financial information into Quickbooks. We are saving literally DAYS of work each month!
