The last 6 months or so we have been having issues with it not working.
We were trying it out for mileage tracking as a Motus alternative, but it just didn't work.
Support has been an issue as well. We can never get a live person to help our admins, and it feels like we wait DAYS for a response to a problem. (I know not everything can be easily fixed and may take a couple days, BUT I am just asking for a response to our issues)
Their new push for us to use their expense card is the last straw for us... they are DOUBLING our price unless we use it.
