Extremely user-friendly. I like that I can create and segregate different expense reports based on the expense category, and also view the entire chain of approvals. I personally like the SmartScan feature as well, where receipts can be uploaded directly by simply clicking a photo of them.

The AI that leaves comments inside reports was not really helpful because it tried to analyze the discussion between me and the expense approval, but the summary was weird. Integration tradeoffs - If you want to export reports with multiple locations, you need to do so with a journal entry. Ex. Manager travels to different plants. But, expensify does not provide tax support for journal entries. If your expenses have tax rates - and what expenses don't have taxes - then your journal entry reports will fail often. This is not a supported pathway by expensify, not sure why they provide the option.

Customer support - There is no account contact person. You have to use a generic chat service. The system seems designed to frustrate you out of getting help. It took days to start a ticket with them, I had to follow up every week to see if there was any progress, and was told they were working on it. I never got a resolution to the problem.
