I'm someone who is constantly on the move for work for attending conferences and client locations. So i use expensify very frequently. The smartscan feature is hands down my favorite. I can take a quick photo of a receipt while i'm heading out of a restaurant or airport gate and expensify takes care of the rest. what gets me even more excited is how effortless the whole process is. I am not from an accounts background, but Expensify makes expense tracking simple for me. I can add bills, choose categories, and check reports without any accounting knowledge.

Extremely user-friendly. I like that I can create and segregate different expense reports based on the expense category, and also view the entire chain of approvals. I personally like the SmartScan feature as well, where receipts can be uploaded directly by simply clicking a photo of them.

The AI that leaves comments inside reports was not really helpful because it tried to analyze the discussion between me and the expense approval, but the summary was weird. I think later it was removed. The automatic scanning can be improved too, as it still can't fully understand the content of the expense if the bill is in a non-English language.
