What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

I only pay for functions that I have used and not for all the parts. This makes it very cost-effective for my organization. ExpenseOnDemand has 100+ functions I can choose from to configure my customized subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ExpenseOnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most significant benefit I saw ExpenseOnDemand has compared to the other solutions out there was that I only pay for the functions I use and not all the parts.

For most companies, this would be a great deal.

Another benefit was training videos built-in, which did not require me to contact the team for tech support to understand how to use or set up any of their functions in their app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Benefits

1. The data is now on the cloud and managed, and the backup and security of the data is the responsibility of the ExpenseOnDemand service/app provider.

2. We're able to make Custom Reports which is a feature that we found very good compared to other Expense Management Apps out there.

The support I have received has been extremely good, all my questions have been answered with a tour of the system. The to do video guides and help bot have also been extremely helpful and will mean I won't have to explain it again and again to employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The multi-company function is very good and allow expenses to be processed across all the companies. I like the customer service and how hands-on the team are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

I think the ExpenseOnDemand - Employee Expense Management App has really good features for an Employee Expense Management App. The best part is that it is priced extremely well for Indians. Indians are always price conscious and I think they have done a great thing by making it very affordable for Indian companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpenseOnDemand?

Nothing. Everything is pretty good. I have no complaints about the app. The app has everything my organization needs for my small team. I'm also sure that they will add features in the future with clients giving feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Earlier this was done manually and it was cumbersome. A total time waster. With the ExpenseOnDemand - Employee Expense Management App we are able to automate this process speeding things up drastically. And I'm very pro automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

Flexibility of the app allows me to add functions as my company grows. We started simple and now i'm adding new functions, I only pay for functions we use. the simple guided videos makes it easy to implement the functions, no need to call support. Also my employees like the simple user interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpenseOnDemand?

Not so much. I wanted to have a Vendor functionality added that would help with my supplier invoices. After contacting the seller, they have added this request to the roadmap Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ExpenseOnDemand:

highly recommended.. this was the only app that allows me to select and pay for the functions i use.. For all the others, i had to purchase a package with functions i do not require Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

before implementing ExpenseOndemand, we were processing the expenses manually. Unfortunately we lost receipts and process was very time consuming. both for my employees as well as my finance department. Now we have a smooth process. Expenses are entered in the system instantly and my finance department just runs a report and push to Xero for payments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
