It is very intuitive and quick to submit the expenses in the tool for reimbursement. It allows users to create group expense reports managing multiple user data making it more collaborative with team members. **What do you dislike about Expensemate?** Sometimes the automatic scan doesn't work properly. At times reviewing the expense report data is a bit complex and difficult to understand. There is no big downside as such. **What problems is Expensemate solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly use Expensemate for my reimbursements which are hassle free now. It saves me significant amount of time and effort with its auto-scanning feature which eliminates manual data entry. It is very user-friendly even allowing to integrate in the payroll management department. ### 2. It can be extended to the payroll systems. **What do you dislike about Expensemate?** Though there is a free trial, no free version is a great disappointment. Even, the basic version is not cost effective. **What problems is Expensemate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows easy expense tracking and generate PDF reports.
