"The one to rule them all"

What do you like best about ExpanDrive?

I love ultra-fast synchronisation, ability to connect as many accounts as I want and offline selective sync, which is great especial in case of Google Drive without GSuite access. Moreover the fact, that all apps are seeing any drive as physically mounted is unique. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpanDrive?

I've found connecting Google Drive difficult at first – due to some error app crashed while mounting my Google Drive. After reboot this problem disappeared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Solution for Small Business Needs!"
5/5
What do you like best about ExpanDrive?

ExpanDrive has been a wonderful solution for my photography business, allowing me to better manage my storage considering that my Mac has a SSD Hard Drive with VERY limited storage space! I have priced out NAS solutions starting around $500 at least, and am so happy that I found this instead! I love that it also grows with me, so as I change to different storage sites ExpanDrive stays ahead of the game to make them available! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpanDrive?

The set up took a little bit of time, but once it was completed I gained access to my DropBox and Google Drive folders without having to use up as much local storage! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Option for Google Drive Unlimited"
5/5
What do you like best about ExpanDrive?

This allows me to mount my GDrive without sacrificing my own PC resources for my files. It is one of the best programs that i have seen out there for this type of thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpanDrive?

The only thing i can really complain about is that when it starts it launches 7 different windows of explorer for each of the attached drives. But that is really not Expandrive its just how windows operates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ExpanDrive allows you to manage all the storage accounts in the cloud in its interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ExpanDrive?

ExpanDrive has a simple and responsive user interface. I like that I have the ability to program and automated data transfers. It is also excellent to work with the best cloud storage services such as Dropbox, One Drive, Google Drive, Box and others. It is also a less expensive solution than other programs and customer support is 5 stars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpanDrive?

I have inconveniences to configure an FTP connection, since it does not connect to the selected server, however, I do not know if it is a problem of ports or that the program is blocking access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The new Linux release of ExpanDrive is a fantastic alternative to OneDrive for Business"
5/5
What do you like best about ExpanDrive?

ExpandDrive offers a service which Microsoft currently does not offer - ExpanDrive allows you to mount your OneDrive and OneDrive for Business files to your local hard drive **ON LINUX**. Microsoft has not offered a native client for this yet for Linux, so this makes me very grateful for ExpanDrive. It so far has proven extremely useful for some of my projects. What do you dislike about ExpanDrive?

It is very helpful that I can mount different SharePoint document libraries - however, I have noticed that for very large document libraries it takes a while for my Linux machine too enumerate all of the files. I'm not using a very high powered computer at the moment, but it appears for very large document libraries that a lot of system resources are dedicated to this. In all fairness this is to be expected.

They have a github page that I came across, I'm not sure if there is anything useful there as I did not read into it too much. Just mentioning in case somebody wants to look at this themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ULTIMATE solution not only for Windows... finally Linux, your time has arrived!"
5/5
What do you like best about ExpanDrive?

Plug-and-play solution with a near limitless range of services connected including SFTP etc., in addition to the breathtaking range of commercial services. Embeds seamlessly with your existing file browser and allows for migrating files between cloud accounts and in and out of the machine. It only downloads what you need, so you wont be flooded out (like many Open Source solutions do, unless you spend forever itemising which folders to synchronise). While the price is higher than most in this field (at time of writing USD $49.95 per user) it is so worth it - one licence covers all your account connecting machines (licencing is per user account) across all supported platforms and services. What do you dislike about ExpanDrive?

We have found absolutely nothing to dislike (although if they generously decide to make it all for free, even better - for us!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Linux Solution for Google Drive, OneDrive etc"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ExpanDrive?

ExpanDrive makes connecting to cloud-based storage child's play. Having spent days hunting for a tool to use with Ubuntu, I came across this product thinking that it seems to be too good to be true. In fact, it really does do what it says, making a link to your account simple and fast. It even creates desktop shortcuts for each drive which is rare in a Linux program. I can easily access both Google Drive and OneDrive without any errors or delays which can not be said for other solutions I have tried! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpanDrive?

The GUI is rather basic and would benefit from a little more work but it does the job and is really only a minor point. It could be more affordable for a single user (Linux users are used to open source let's not forget) but it's only fair that good software should be paid for and the cost is realistic for power and enterprise users.
