Community managers not always have the enthusiasm or knowledge to promote your product. But spending time un social networks advertising is a burden. Exod allowed me take care of them, and to spend a lot lot less time launching and following my campaigns. I usually have a limited FB ad spending, but I've been be increasing it significantly during the last weeks, for I'm getting a better ROI. Exod.ai made it extremely easy for me to create FB ads. I was up and running with a sophisticated FB campaign in less than 20 minutes. I have raised an issue and has been fixed after 1.5 months 2) Solution is so buggy, creative is not working, optimization is not working until right now 3) No ad has been created Really have no idea what is actually working. I never dreamed that one day I would be able to spend so much time with my family while simultaneously running ads for our Clients all over the world. In order to do this, I signed up for EXOD and now have a little extra help in ad creation and monitoring. With their AI-powered technology and step by step tutorial we can generate an unlimited amount of unique ads on auto-pilot without any human input whatsoever! Still in development phase, at times has a few bugs, but the team is quickly working to resolve issues. The interface could probably use a little UX, but process already super simple. Fairly intuitive, even for those who are not familiar with computer interfaces or have never used a Fb Ads saas before. We are eagerly awaiting the new features on their roadmap. I really hope they create a way to clone ad sets or edit it after you've launched one. It does everything it promises on the basic level with no problem whatsoever! I used to spend hours sometimes days scheduling posts and then turning them into ads and researching my market and who I wanted to advertise too. I like how their technology reduces the time needed to create ads. This saves time and helps me get more done. I like how it comes with images already so I don't have to find my own images. This is an impressive feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EXOD.ai? Not very intuitive when bugs happen it is hard to know what caused it and how to fix it. The customer support is not always available which makes the time needed to get help longer than I thought it would be. It is also difficult to understand the targeting categories as sometimes I'm confused about what they mean when the pre-populated categories show.
