ExitoMail is business email hosting for small teams: professional addresses on your own domain, with a fast web app, and every mailbox works in Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone and Android over IMAP/SMTP. Business plan: $2.99 per user per month. Each person gets their own mailbox, the team shares 30 GB of storage per user, and you get up to 50 custom domains, 100 aliases per user and a catch-all address. The domain owner invites and manages the team's mailboxes. DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are generated and checked automatically, and mailboxes can be set up before you switch your MX record, so no mail is lost when moving from another provider. Every account also includes Exito Transfer, for sending large files by link (up to 200 GB per transfer on Business, recipients need no account), and Exito Vault, for storing and sharing files. Hosted in the EU. No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. A free plan is available for individuals.
