**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

Exigo has intentionally thought through many of the industries bigest pain points and created a feature-rich platform that scales as your company grows. I spend much of my day using the platform and I am rarely frustrated by something that I cannot do. It's easy to use, customizable, easily set up to meet my needs.

**What do you dislike about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

My only complaint is with the in-house Customer Support ticketing system. Their agents and our account manager are  top notch, but I don't love the ticketing system and would much prefer something a little more user-friendly like Zendesk or similar.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paying out comissions is a daunting task, especially for a start-up. Using the Exigo platform I know I am generating fast and accurate commisson payables week in and week out.

The Exigo Stack Platform's most valuable feature is its seamless integration of essential tools and services into one unified environment. The platform's extensive range of features and reports can present a learning curve for new users, requiring time and training to fully leverage its capabilities. However, Exigo provides us with ongoing support and this challenge does not outweigh the overall benefits the platform provides.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Exigo Full Stack Platform helped us solve key business problems like fragmented workflows, data silos, and inefficiencies from using multiple systems for payments and payouts, replicated site updates, CRM, email and texting, Back Office reporting, etc. By centralizing our tools and services, it streamlined operations and enhanced collaboration across teams. This has led to more better decision making and effective scaling of our business.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

I first used Exigo back in 2015.  It is an outstanding software platform that excels in both functionality and ease of use. Its intuitive interface makes navigation effortless, and the robust commission engine is a standout feature. The platform offers comprehensive tools for managing customer data, inventory, and more, making it exceptionally versatile for international business operations. With its reliable public APIs, we've been able to integrate custom websites, apps, and other third-party solutions, delivering precisely what our customers and associates need. Overall, Exigo's reliability and extensibility have greatly enhanced our business capabilities, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a powerful, adaptable software solution.

**What do you dislike about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

No dislikes currently with Exigo. There are continual improvements being made to the platform and backoffice and continue looking forward to those.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exigo has allowed us to open and operate successfully in mutliple international markets.  It has also allowed for us to take full control of creating custom elements and seamlessly tying these custom pieces back into the Exigo platform.  Most importantly it allows us the flexibility to scale.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

Exigo is consistent, fast, and dependable. We knew that once we were up and running with Exigo we wouldn't have downtime or major issues. Exigo has been established for so long they have almost every feature and report you can imagine for the industry. Our support team at Exigo has been directly available for months to be sure our migration to Exigo goes smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

Almost everything is custom development on the Exigo Platform. This means starting from scratch with partner integrations and independent maintenance for old integrations, but this also allows for customizability with each partner instead of depending on an "out of the box" integration.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exigo's platform runs our commission statistics quickly enough our field believes them to be more or less instant. Our team and our assocites depend on fresh information heavily and exigo provides our data with incredible speed and dependable results. 
With our recent expansions internationally, we continue to lean on Exigo's robust out of the box offerings and flexibility for our custom needs with each market.
Our last year with the previous software was riddled with slowness or outages and issues determined to be outside of the scope of the core software to resolve. Exigo's consistent software has provided us with the confidence to build more around it. We are pushing more processes to exigo systems and out of the hands of employees to save money and simplify job requirements.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

In the 25 years I've worked in technology in the Direct Selling space, I've seen a LOT of change. However, one thing that has NOT changed is that, since their founding in 2005, Exigo has been and continues to be the clear leader of the pack in Direct Selling technology. I've used the Exigo platform extensively over the last 18 years as a technology consultant implementing tech solutions for more than 30 Exigo clients, and as the IT executive at 2 Exigo client companies. In the latter capacity--which includes my current role as VP of IT for sōl people, I use Exigo pretty much all day every day.  What I like best about the Exigo full stach platform is its extensibility; the open API and vast configuration options make implementation and 3rd party integrations easy. Second to that is the platform's reliability; it scales to support clients of all sizes, from small startups to large, established companies that require enterprise level performance.

**What do you dislike about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

The one area that I would like to see improvement on with Exigo's full stack platform is customer support. Having worked as a technology provider, I understand the absolute need for a ticketing system to capture (sometimes extensive) details about requests and bug reports. Exigo's ticketing system does that, and their team does a great job of being detailed and accurate in their responses. However, I wish there were a way to get a  hold of their support team and my account manager over the phone or by chat, for escalations that require a quick response.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Exigo full stack platform solves core problems for Direct Selling companies "from bumper to bumper"--hosting ecommerce websites to process orders and enrollments; reporting on order and genealogy tree data; and calculating complex commissions (both accurately and quickly). Just as importantly, the platform allows us to provide a back office for our sales field where they can get all the data they need to run their business as independent contractors.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

The Exigo Full Stack platform is a very modern, clean platform in both the back office look and feel for our Partners as well as the enrollment and shopping experience for our Partners and customers.  We have found that by switching to the Exigo platform, our Partners and Customers no longer complain that our shopping and enrollment experience are "out of date."  The Admin portal to Exigo is also MUCH improved and very easily navigated.  The report writer aspects are also very nice and allows non-IT or non-BI people to create and pull their own reports very easily.

**What do you dislike about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

While the platform, overall, has been great, we do wish that it had a built-in promotion engine that would easily allow us to run different monthly promotions without having to ask for Exigo's assistance to have the promotion programmed.  While Exigo has been helpful in getting the promotion programmed, it would be more convenient to have a tool that let us run standard promotions out of the box.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Modern back office and shopping cart platforms.  Ease of use for our Member Service team to navigate.  Report writing capabilities to have access to data in a timely manner without having to request the report from an IT or BI team.

Exigo has given our small startup everything we have needed from a Back Office. The custom reporting is amazing and you can access any data you would ever need. The commission team has been flawless through the implementation of two different compensation plans. The web team is great and has helped our vision come to life. Everyone on the Exigo team has been a joy to work with and they have the knowledge and skills to solve our problems.

It took a while to learn how to access everything we need with Exigo ourselves because it is so robust.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

I am a Sr Digital Product Manager who oversaw two successful integrations with Exigo. What impressed me is the platform’s exceptional flexibility and scalability. Exigo was able to adapt to our needs and the APIs were great to work with. The support and responsiveness of the Exigo team was been outstanding.

The user interface seems a bit outdated, but quickly becomes familiar.

Exigo was able to address several of our needs. The commission runs are quick, which facilitates a quick turnaround on re-runs if needed. It has a great environment for modeling and analyzing commission elements before implementing them. This was lacking from our previous system. The reporting tools and database schema are exceptionally well organized and robust.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

We struggled for many years to find the right IT platform for us. We’ve been with Exigo for over 7 years now and wish we had made this decision sooner.
The Exigo platform facilitates pawTree’s scalability, giving us a solid foundation for expansion while mitigating the need to reinvent the wheel. 
I like the flexibility and ablitiy to adapt it for any fuction in our model. We can use it every department  of our business.
It is easy to use and makes Impmentations go quickly. I like that I do not have to employ a full team when I can call upon the support of Exigo to fufill gaps in my service needs.

**What do you dislike about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

I have not found anything I truely dislike at this time. I think if you understand the platform you can make it work for you in most situations.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it from Content Management, Item and Product Management, Back Office Reporting, Comissions Pay Out, Shopping and Enrollment Funnels, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Messaging Platform, Coupons Engine, Order Engines, Customer Service, Customized webpage administration there are limitless ways to use this product.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

As a daily user of Exigo for 5 years and across 2 different companies, what stands out the most in the Exigo platform is its versatility and its extensive feature set. 2 companies means 2 different business models, commission plans, and organizational structures. Yet integrations with warehousing, ERP, e-commerce, and communication solutions were easy to implement. It’s a comprehensive tool that fulfilled business needs across all our departments, making it invaluable not only for managing our customers and cashflow but as a continual resource for internal collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

Customer support provided by Exigo is generally helpful and knowledgeable, but there are
occasional delays in response times. The delays can be frustrating when urgent issues appear and quick resolutions are needed. But once put in contact with the right team, they are very efficient in resolving problems. Improving the speed of the first response would make the customer support experience truly great.

**What problems is Exigo Full Stack Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct selling is a difficult industry that changes fast and often. The problems that Exigo provides solutions for are continually appearing, but the main benefit is that Exigo remained the stable core of our business that we needed it to be. Every bit of new growth in our business was tied into the Exigo platform and was consequently easier to understand and manage, enabling further growth.

**What do you like best about Exigo Full Stack Platform?**

The exigo system is very realiable. The standard built-in features and processes (DMO) were better than what we had used in the past. Our previous platform had limitations. The customized features were seamless and overall the system and exigo tech support are knowledgable and reliable. Our staff finds it easy to use allowing our business to scale up.

There are no dislikes about this platform.

We need a more ribust sytem that offered more tools and real time reports for our sales reps. exigo delivered.

We are able to customize and access data in ways that help us make better decisions.  Feature rich even with data we dont know we need yet...

We had some challenges in the transition to Exigo from our old plan to Exigo... it was difficult, but worth it.

Commissions engine is reliable and robust.  Like clockwork.

The Exigo platform has been and continues to be very valuable to our organization.  It has proven to be extremely easy to use, implement, and integrate with.  The customer support is phenomenal.  The platform has helped us focus our resources on growing our business and concentrating on differentiators.

We have not recognized many downsides.  The product has met all expecations.

There's nothing that I've ever found that I wanted to do, or a client wanted to do that couldn't be done on Exigo.
