Customer service has gotten way relaxed over the past year. Last year I would get responses within hours and this month I didn't get a response for an August 1 billing issue until August 10.

Exercise.com's customer service is truly the best. I help run customer service through an APP created by exercise.com and I talk to their customer service on a daily basis. They are quick to respond, attentive to details, walk me through the back end of the APP/ Portal and contact our personal customers to ensure they are taken care of. The client user interface is clean and intuitive. We are able to do everything on one platform vs using various systems for scheduling, workout programming, etc. In addition, exercise.com has integrations already in place with kisi, a keyless door system we are using. I am blown away by the customer service during the initial app development phase. I expected it to take more time to get my app finalized. However, Sage and Jackie have worked with their team to help get it approved by Apple. It has been such a positive experience.
