**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

The customer relations agent who works with us any time we have questions or need help utilizing new features. She is amazing. Her name is Abbie and she always responds quicker than we expect her to, and she is very helpful in her responses.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

It's a heavy software that is hard to understand, and sometimes the features don't do what you would expect it to do based on what it says. It also doesn't seem to be built in a way that has minor athletes in mind. For example, there is no way to have a parent sign a waiver for the student in a way that ensures the parent is signing the waiver on behalf of the child.

**What problems is Exercise.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We understand that they are working on solving a challenge where parents cannot see subscription info for a dependent, as well as billing info for the dependent. The latter only happens when the billing is all taking place inside of the defendant's profile.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

Exercise.com provides an all-in-one platform that makes it easy to manage clients, programming, billing, scheduling, and communication in one place. The system is streamlined, customizable, and eliminates the need for multiple apps, which saves time and keeps everything organized. One of the biggest upsides has been working with Abbie. She is incredibly responsive to my emails, always follows up quickly, and consistently provides clear solutions whenever problems come up. Having that level of support has made the entire experience smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

One area that could be improved is the online help and search functionality. While the support team is excellent, the self-service resources can be a bit limited. Expanding the help section and making it easier to search for articles or troubleshooting steps would make it much quicker to find answers on the fly without needing to reach out directly

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

I love how Exercise.com provides everything I need for my business. The platform’s comprehensive features are invaluable for running my gyms efficiently. I particularly value the payment processing system, which simplifies our financial operations, allowing us to easily track EFTs and sales. Additionally, the programming tools enhance our ability to create a better experience for our clients, aligning perfectly with our service goals. The ease of setup was also impressive, thanks to the support from Jackie, which made the transition to Exercise.com smooth and hassle-free. She is the reason why we are with Exercise till today

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

I find the training app on Exercise.com lacking compared to competitors like TrainHeroic. It doesn’t offer features such as immediately seeing what was left out in the prior week and lacks ease of features that would allow for more efficient online training. If Exercise.com could improve in these areas, it would greatly enhance our ability to sell more online and align with practices common among online trainers.

I use Exercise.com for payment processing and programming for clients, which makes tracking sales and enhancing member experiences easier.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

The support from Doug Leighton -- my success coach -- has been above and beyond my initial expectations. Every week we are able to meet and discuss my business and ways I can utilize Exercise.com tools to their fullest potential.  He has fantastic expertise and is always open to sharing ideas. He takes care in making sure you understand how to navigate and use functions across the platform.

The number of features alone is something I love about Exercise.com as well.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

There are very few downsides that are worth mentioning about Exercise.com. Rather than downsides, I would frame some aspects as "areas of opportunity". The workout tracking is not as simple/smooth as I would like, but this is fixed by making a short video explaining how to use the workout tracker for your clients to view, and putting it in the resources section as an "intro video for tracking" or something . The programming side has a bit of a learning curve, but nothing crazy. It gets the job done and I've had no complaints from clients thus far. 

All in all, Exercise.com has all the tools you need to grow a revenue generating business and securing profits while providing high quality service and changing lives.

**What problems is Exercise.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exercise.com is a one stop shop for most things a gym or personal training team/studio would need, and links up with every other third party tool that would be needed. Listing the problems being solved would take a while, but a few off the top of mind would be that it makes scaling easier, leads have a place to go, all of your leads can be contacted via email/sms, If you prefer using third party options for email marketing, they all link up to your leads in exercise.com.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

We are an in person facility and want to expand more online, Exercise.com is the only system I have seen that can do both. We have used some systems that promise to do both, but once inside, they could only do one and the other was an afterthought.

For the basic bookings and checking people in, very easy to use. Clients, who have been with us for a while and have experienced other apps we have used, have said this is the best one by far.

Customer support is great. I have been booking regular calls with Doug to build up the app for our business and the success team is there for most tech issues that Doug doesnt cover.

This is the best all-in-one management tool I have used in our business for 10 years.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

It can look overwhelming to start with, but being bit of a tech-guy, in time I'm learning where everything is.

**What problems is Exercise.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its an all in one application. With previous systems I have had to find work arounds for our business to fit that system. Exercise.com seems to be so flexible (and because of that it can look complicated) we can get it to fit our business, not the other way round.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

The Exercise.com software offers a seamless platform that makes managing fitness programs effortless. It powers your client-relation management abilities. The integration capabilities are top-notch—whether it's connecting with wearables, payment processors, or performance tracking tools, and more all in one app! Additionally, Jeremiah Ahart provided outstanding customer service and support. Delivering exceptional customer service and support is how Exercise.com can separate from the competition in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

I wouldn't say these are dislikes, but more of areas to improve on for delivery of service for consumers. Recommended areas of improvement are the Onboarding Process & Workflow Guides to aid the Learning Curve for consumers. 

The onboarding process should have a meeting with all the key stakeholders assigned to the project (sales rep, CSM, implementation manager, technical developer for app, etc.) Communication was bumpy along the onboarding process between stakeholders regarding timelines and expectations. 

Exercise.com needs to develop and publish workflow guides for client set up and software maintenance. These guides should be published as PDFs. The Exercise.com customer support library is good but many of the resources are outdated with previous versions of the software. Additionally, video instructional are great, but if there is no internet connects or Exercise.com is down for maintenance, clients will not be able to access the support library for resources. Recommendation is to create a downloaded PDF job aids for workflow procedures on the platform (i.e. onboarding a new customer, managing the staff dashboard, editing a client account, navigating the platform for users, etc.)

**What problems is Exercise.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exercise.com is solving multiple problems for my business while streamlining operational tasks and processes into one platform! I am now able to manage employee & client relations, deliver products & services, booking & scheduling, payments, and much more all in one platform! As a business owner, your time, money, knowledge, and effort needs to be invested strategically. Exercise.com provides a solution where your time, money, knowledge, and effort are all streamlined and powered by the palm of your hand.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

The development team has clearly anticipated almost everything we’d want to customize and integrate into our white-labeled experience. Our CSM was outstanding in guiding us through the different and nuanced configurations needed to meet our project goals. Ex.com has quickly become a key revenue driver for us, and we already have several future projects in the pipeline. While there is a slight learning curve at the beginning, the platform becomes intuitive and easy to navigate once you get comfortable. We use it on a weekly basis as part of many current and future projects and it has become an integral part of our workflow. Easy to implement, and easy to integrate into our databases and workflows.

The exercise 'routines' within the API aren’t as structured or standardized as we’d like, which makes certain integrations less straightforward than expected

Working with Abigail has been an absolute game-changer in bringing my FLO Functional Training app to life. From day one, she’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of this project. It takes time to get use to all of the features, but is is well worth it and you have your client success manager right by your side the entire time to help answer questions and guide you through the process.

Exercise.com gave me the ability to have a custom built app without the hassle of hiring and paying massive amounts of money to a tech team. They already have an incredible platform built! And you get to pick and choose the features you want to be included for a very fair price. A win-win in my book.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

What I like best about Exercise.com is how efficient and streamlined the onboarding process was. My team Lead, Jackie Simpson, simply crushes it as her job! I was up and selling programs within 30 days, and within about 90 days, I had my entire catalog—over 30 programs—fully loaded and ready to go. Their system made it easy to scale quickly without sacrificing quality or user experience.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

Though it's more of an adjustment than a complaint...  I'm used to handling everything myself and being able to fix issues within minutes. With Exercise.com, there are a few backend development items I don't have direct access to, which means I have to rely on their team for certain updates. That said, they’ve been efficient and responsive whenever support is needed.

**What problems is Exercise.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During COVID, we pivoted from running a brick-and-mortar gym to selling online programs. Initially, we sold eBook-style programs and hosted our exercise library in Dropbox. Transitioning to a white-labeled version of Exercise.com allowed us to create a fully branded app experience—eliminating the need for external links and providing a much smoother user experience. White labeling instead of building from scratch was absolutely the right move and something I highly recommend. The user experience has been amazing.

What I like most about exercise.com is that it puts everything into one place for me. I create my email list, keep track of my finances, manage my online clients, and in person clients through there. I am able to have 1 time purchases, as well as subscriptions, and physical product that my company plans to release down the road.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

The thing I dislike about exercise.com is that it is not easily integrated with youtube, and the customer support system has changed quite a few times since I started using the platform which has been an adjustment for me to figure out how I should go about utilizing their support team, whether its best for me to email my CSM, email support, or call support, I enjoy having 1 contact person, and it has been a bit confusing the past few months since I get different answers usually from each person I speak to.

Before I would collect payments through my website for programs, and payments through venmo for in person training and just writing down the name of my client and their time in my notes. The organization and ability to incentivize people to buy in bulk and in advance has been awesome.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

We have used Exercise.com since November 2023 - so it has been about a year and a half. Learning a new platform can be a challenge in the beginning [we used Mindbody before] but putting the time in pays off especially since I use the platform daily. Our CSM, Jackie Simpson, is also super responsive. Anytime I run into an issue or have a question on a feature, I can email her directly and quickly get a response back. Their support team is also quick on email. We also love how EVERYTHING on both the web portal and the app is completely customized to our business and brand.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

Overall the software is easy to use for both admins and our clients, but there are a few things that are placed in weird spots or multiple boxes you need to check to get things to show up properly. However, they consistently upgrade the system, so kinks are always getting worked out by the software team.

**What problems is Exercise.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a fully branded online portal and client facing app.
Housing everything under one login - client programming, scheduling, billing, client messaging/communication, automations, forms/questionnaires, app, etc.

The platform is just amazing but the team is the best part. The platform is so rich and there is so much you can you can use in there for your business. Because is so rich certain things might not be as straight forward to find or there might be things you need and you are not aware are available so you can contact the support team and the team is the best part of exercise.com. They are the fastest team I came across in solving any kind of issues/concerns.
I am amazed how fast and efficient they are. When I have questions they get back to me within 10 minutes, at any time really, and their answers are always exhaustive. This is what I call true support.
Sorry if I don’t always get back to your email guys with a “thank you” but THANK YOU.

There is literally nothing I dislike. Everything is amazing.

With exercise.com you don’t just plan training programs for your clients, you manage every aspect of your business from the platform.

Client’s training and adherence
The platform is linked to Zoom so all appointments are managed there.
You can also build community. I am currently working on online fat loss community for only women and I am loving it.

They are always quick to respond and assist us with our questions. Their platform is easy to navigate, yet it offers a lot of variety for us and our customers.

**What do you like best about Exercise.com?**

Our time with the team has been outstanding. From direct problem solving to help with the initial build they have been nothing less than stellar. Jackie Simpson is my project lead on the team and is incredibly easy to work with. The ability to use developed tools and add to functionality  with custom requests allows for scaling and flexibility that is unmatched in my research and experience.

There are very few things that I have found that I have had any problem with and any issues are fixed in real time with zero delay.

It allows us to manage our multifaceted business with a single base tool. Our 1 v 1 coaches have been very excited to have a easy system for programming and our fitness templates are used across multiple groups that we manage.

There is so many benefits for my business to grow! The company was very open but also responsive with any and all questions. The app is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for.

**What do you dislike about Exercise.com?**

I did choose to do the apple management by myself. Still glad I did but I wish it was conveyed MORE to do all that work ASAP! Got everything else done but then when I got to that part, I realized I'd be waiting for apple to approve & getting a DUNS. Otherwise, everything was great!

**What problems is Exercise.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had alot of clients pause training due to price. People can't always afford to pay hundreds of dollars each month. By bringing in Exercise.com, my hope is to bring back those clients for a subscription price where I still get paid and they still get workouts from me but at a much cheaper price!

I like the customer support. All the help I need is done in a timely manner. I don’t have to wait long for changes to be made for my app. Everyone is very friendly and do their best to help you succeed as a coach.

There truly hasn’t been anything I dislike. Everything is straight forward, I can customize a lot of things on my own, and I feel I can truly use Exercise.com platform how I’d like.

I am able to use my app for online coaching and in-person coaching. I can keep track of check-ins and sessions with in-person clients and still deliver so much to online clients.

The ability to manage all my clients booking, workouts and messaging all in one place is the reason I  got started.  It's also given me the ability to further legitimize my bunnies and take it to the next level.  Doug has been a huge help and is very knowledgeable of the automations and how to make things as simple as possible for the client.

There is a learning curve as it is a very complex platform.  I'd be lost without the help of Doug.  Besides the complexity I have no complaints about the software.

Booking and viewing schedule for all clients/trainers was the main reason.  Also, being able to digitize all workouts and assessments into one platform.

When I first inquired about their software, I was skeptical that they could do everything they claimed. This was based on some other software introductions I had before selecting Exercise.com. Since my initial setup and onboarding, they have kept their level of responsiveness and helpfulness at a level well above my expectations. I feel secure in investing in their software and running my business behind the scenes because of the support staff & success managers. Their Customer support is very friendly and patient when I inquire about specific questions on how to best use the options in their software for any use case I may dream up. Their Software does an incredible job working as a Brick and mortar gym management tool without limiting options for personalized Online coaching or stand-alone online training program/plan offers.

The learning curve is a little steep, and you really have to play around with it a lot to realize where all the customization options are, how they work nested inside other features, and how to use them. That's one thing that takes some getting use to. I would love more tutorials and more updated support docs to explain some of the workflows.

- Create a week view of the days, like display Monday of week 1,2,3,4, so we can prescribe the load progression in an easier way
- When I have more than 1 client in my gym, it would be great to be able to display 2-4 training programs in the tv with a split. Some apps do that and it is very useful

I also think the backend navigation is challenging on the admin side.
