The customer relations agent who works with us any time we have questions or need help utilizing new features. She is amazing. Her name is Abbie and she always responds quicker than we expect her to, and she is very helpful in her responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Exercise.com? It's a heavy software that is hard to understand, and sometimes the features don't do what you would expect it to do based on what it says. It also doesn't seem to be built in a way that has minor athletes in mind. For example, there is no way to have a parent sign a waiver for the student in a way that ensures the parent is signing the waiver on behalf of the child. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We understand that they are working on solving a challenge where parents cannot see subscription info for a dependent, as well as billing info for the dependent. When I first inquired about their software, I was skeptical that they could do everything they claimed. This was based on some other software introductions I had before selecting Exercise.com. Since my initial setup and onboarding, they have kept their level of responsiveness and helpfulness at a level well above my expectations. I feel secure in investing in their software and running my business behind the scenes because of the support staff & success managers. The versatility of the software sold me initially, and their support since then has kept me on board. Their Customer support is very friendly and patient when I inquire about specific questions on how to best use the options in their software for any use case I may dream up. Their Software does an incredible job working as a Brick and mortar gym management tool without limiting options for personalized Online coaching or stand-alone online training program/plan offers. The learning curve is a little steep, and you really have to play around with it a lot to realize where all the customization options are, how they work nested inside other features, and how to use them. I like how customizable it is and how easy it is to navigate. I feel it's pretty organized. Jackie Simpson is a huge reason why we enjoy using Exercise as well. She is always willing to help us at pretty much any time we need! We use Exercise.com daily. I think the user experience of the app could be designed to be more concise and simple. For example there is no need for a dashboard and then a separate appointments tab - were the dashboard should just include both scheduled workouts and appointments. Sometimes it feels there was not a fitness, group training, gym owner etc. professional involved in the design of the platform. I also think the backend navigation is challenging on the admin side.
