They are extremely sales-pitch and do not reveal all the catches until you are already in the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Exercise.com? Way to much set-up for the price point. You can get an easier set up with better features at a much cheaper price point. The worst part is their sales tactics though. They do not reveal all the negatives of their product until you've already signed a contract and then they don't let you cancel. Ridiculous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Customer service has gotten way relaxed over the past year. Last year I would get responses within hours and this month I didn't get a response for an August 1 billing issue until August 10. I had to update my CC for my annual charge and received multiple emails saying I didn't update it/it couldn't be billed after updating my CC 3-4 times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
