Their website is always available and can be accessed worldwide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Exela Digital Mailroom? The most? Because I have a list. What I dislike the most is that the company fails to fix issues - the same problem will happen several times with no resolution. The most expensive problems I've been having with them are all related to the inability to access or process checks that my customers have sent to pay invoices. If I provide all of the details - I will run out of room in this review. Additional issues: sometimes mail notifications work, sometimes they do not. No one can provide answers regarding this. Historical reporting is nonexsitent. Or maybe they have just wiped my reports showing poor mail handling for my account.
