Downside is centralized management in the way that we've configured it, where, in our instance, techsupport is now responsible for updating all demographic information on a user to ensure that their information is correct and updated. Honestly I think the biggest advantage is the fact that we can control everything centrally. Now, Marketing sends the updates out to everyone and it’s taken care of. And quite frankly, even while I’m half asleep on the couch, I am still pretty impressed by how well that works. The Banner feature is great too – I love that I don’t have to bother Sales to make manual changes to campaigns for our various teams, and that I can easily switch up campaigns. It’s so easy. If I want a new signature design, I have to wait until the Design Team at Exclaimer has created it. It’s not a huge deal. Honestly, they are quick to respond. But if you’re like me, and you like to be able to drag & drop something into place at 11 PM and have it live immediately, this isn’t going to happen.
