What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The convenience of developing and implementing professional email signatures in our whole organization is tremendous. The template editor used by Exclaimer is user-friendly and enables our marketing team to create attractive signatures with social media applications and dynamic contents such as event banners. Consistency and accuracy are guaranteed by the fact that signatures are automatically updated depending on user properties based on the Active Directory. What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The template editor is excellent, but more complex layout features are somewhat awkward to apply with the precise intended effect. Occasionally, troubleshooting signature rendering across different email clients can require a bit of trial and error. Additionally, some users may have slight difficulties with integrating with some of the legacy email systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a consistent and professional email signature was a manual and error-prone nightmare in maintaining over hundreds of employees, thus creating a disjointed brand image. Exclaimer has now centralized signature management, so that all emails are appropriate to our brand standards. This has enhanced consistency of our brand, lessened IT workload and enabled us to make company-wide announcements easily by embedding them within email signatures. What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The administrative dashboard is cluttered, and navigating through this takes a lot of unnecessary clicks. IT hours are also lost when attempting to troubleshoot directory synchronization failures which are common. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Exclaimer for automating the email signature across the board. I like its automation and deployment features, which make it easy to create one signature and apply it to the entire organization. What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I still like the product itself, but billing practices and support need improvement and have gone down hill since I first started using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Stop advertising pricing how you do. Advertised pricing is only valid for the first year and then it goes up every year after that and when questioned they refer to how Microsoft increase their pricing (which they don't do every year and when they do we all get months of notice before it happens). What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I like the signature flow with Exclaimer, where I can have deep customization of who gets what signature, promotions based on dates, and templates to use. This is especially helpful as some departments email externally, so having promotional items in our signatures for specific people during specific periods is beneficial. What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Sometimes it's difficult to troubleshoot email flow. It's hard to find what happened easily and it could use better visuals and more details on the mail flow for focused testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exlaimer allows the business to dynamically market new product features or notable events without much hassle at all. One simple signature template pushed across all users (dynamic by Subject Line rules).
