"Fantastic Service - Still loving the product!"

4/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I still find that Exclaimer is a brilliant product to use and support, they're constantly updating the UI and making it much more user friendly. It's so easy to get stuck in with both amending an existing signature or creating a new one from scratch! Can't think of a time where it's caused us any serious headaches - Exclaimer support are also brilliant at notifying us when outages are in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

We're an MSP, so deal with many clients, my only real bug-bear at the moment is when providing access to other colleagues. I need to go through and add each individual email address which can be time consuming, it would be great to give 'top level' access to all clients rather than assigning individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not being able to connect within Office365 - Was all resolved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Reliable Signature Management with a Polished Drag-and-Drop Editor"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I love how quickly changes can be implemented. Its flexibility and intuitive signature management are a huge help, and it has proven to be a reliable, efficient solution for ensuring all our users receive a signature. The drag-and-drop editor is straightforward to use and produces a signature that looks polished and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The email signature editor can feel a bit complicated to use, and I’d really like an option that offers a more modern look. Also, there may be occasional service interruptions from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a very comprehensive solution for managing email signatures, and it helped me standardize a new signature easily. It gives me a single place to manage signatures and supports dynamic signature generation. Overall, it makes it much easier to manage email signatures at scale. "Exclaimer works great for our email system"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The microsoft integration was easy to implement and had the add-on automatically show up in outlook for each user. The fields synced directly from azure ad, therefore once hr changes someone's title, it flows through without my having to do anything. The knowledge base is also full of actual examples instead of just telling you to "set-up your configuration" which is nice when you're stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

While Rules have priority, they don’t have a preview or simulation capability. It can be pretty stressful trying to manage 15 rules because, although you’re trying to avoid clicking incorrectly, you’re at risk of sending out something to 300 people by mistake. It would be nice to see “If I click this, 47 people will be affected” prior to committing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to use an old on-site application that required an agent on each computer and took 2 hours to sync. We now use cloud-based and the applications update in seconds. we are finally able to create mobile signatures as well which we were unable to do previously. The click rate statistics for banner advertisements are providing us information as to whether email may be more beneficial than just posting to LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Nikolay, we're glad to hear that Exclaimer has been a great addition to your email system and that the Microsoft integration and Azure AD syncing have been beneficial for your organization.

We appreciate your feedback on the lack of preview or simulation capability for rules and will share this with our development team for future improvements. "Effortless Signature Management, Needs UI Improvement"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I like how Exclaimer saves me time while making a brand look professionally together. Specifically, the feature of the centralized management is great. I can efficiently manage email signatures for 100 employees without having to check each one. The centralized management feature ensures that everyone has the same formatting, which helps with brand consistency. Some employees used to create signatures manually, resulting in inconsistent formats like Arial or Calibri, different logo placements, and varying phone number placements, all of which hurt our brand image. With Exclaimer, this inconsistency is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Yes. The interface is so clunky. I need a interface more friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Exclaimer to standardize email signatures across our branch, solving issues of inconsistency and manual updates. It ensures brand consistency and saves time, even with 100 people, without needing manual checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Brand Consistency with Centralized Control"

5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I use Exclaimer for email signature management, ensuring brand consistency with marketing banners in signatures. I appreciate the centralized control that allows me to 'set and forget,' which is crucial as a Sys admin managing over 500 users. The professional, consistent look across the enterprise is invaluable, as managing individual old logos, inconsistent fonts, and contact details was a nightmare before. I also like how Exclaimer ensures every user has a consistent on-brand signature and allows easy modifications across the enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The template editor in Exclaimer is a bit clunky until you get used to it. While it works well for basic use, keeping track of multiple templates can be a bit cumbersome. There's also a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup, but it's not too difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer ensures consistent on-brand email signatures for every user, making modifications easy across the enterprise. It centralizes control, saving me from chasing users, and maintains a professional look, which was difficult with individual management before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Cross-Channel Communication That Just Works"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

It works across all channels and communication mediums. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The UI can be confusing at times, particularly as it relates to the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer provides us with a standardized signature (same look and feel) across all users, which has been a problem for a long time. We aren't using it for marketing currently, but the ability to implement multiple signatures based on rules and to administer them centrally on the back end without requiring user action would be much more efficient. "Easy To Centralized Email Management with Seamless Setup"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I like the drag and drop editors, and it's the highlight because it allows me to build complex layouts without having to know any HTML or CSS coding. It makes my life easier by automatically pulling employees' details directly from our company directory, so I never have to manually type in names, titles, or phone numbers when we registering email account for new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I find it a bit annoying that the design doesn't always perfectly match how the email actually looks in every specific version of Outlook. It would be a big improvement if they offered more robust testing tools that show exactly how the design renders across all the different mobile email apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer solves the problem of maintaining a consistent brand image across different devices and allows our marketing team to quickly update banners and contact info, keeping communications sharp and unified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Exclaimer is very effective as a central tool to manage and automate professional email signatures for my company. It integrates directly with Workday to keep employee titles and departments always current. I also use it for meeting branding, which enhances our Zoom and Microsoft Teams video calls by giving each employee a matching and professional virtual background. This feature has resolved the issue of unprofessional video meetings, so I no longer have to worry about employees using a messy home background or outdated logos during important client presentations. Additionally, the initial setup with Exclaimer is straightforward, particularly if you have basic email routing knowledge, and the new registration flow supporting SSO makes it easy to get our team into their portal. What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

What I don't really like is the mobile view because the desktop version is great. But the mobile interface still feels a bit cramped when I'm trying to edit complex things on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Exclaimer to manage and automate email signatures, keeping employee data current by syncing with Workday. It solves mismatched data issues and manual tasks. Meeting branding improves professionalism, eliminating messy home backgrounds on video calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Standardizing email appearance across departments"

4/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The reason is that the most effective thing to me is that Exclaimer enhances how our organization is portrayed when communicating with people. Emails have become standard and professional, which helps to use a more articulate brand image. The features allow us to have control over various presentation rules as per the team. It has minimized the necessity to continually make changes manually which makes everyday communication feel less volatile and unpredictable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

One of my weaknesses is that it might take me longer to set up particular rules of email signatures when dealing with more than one department. Although there are numerous features, it is necessary to pay attention to setting everything up correctly. This has influenced my working process as it has made the work more tedious when various groups require different communication forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fragmented communication style between various teams is the primary issue addressed by Exclaimer. Previously, there was no cohesive look of messaging, making it confusing. There is a more organised way of the presentation of messages now. Its characteristics assist in keeping the communication style on track, which has enhanced clarity to external recipients and enhanced intra organizational coordination.
