No installing of 77 plugins manually, then all the signatures sync directly to the appropriate users based on assignment in the Exclaimer portal. **What do you dislike about Exclaimer?** I think the only bugbear I have with Exclaimer is that when you adjust a team members contact details in the office 365 portal, you either have to manually resync the data in the exclaimer portal, or wait for it to do its daily refresh which you might have just missed. This just adds a little extra step that sometimes you forget, but all in all its not a big deal. **What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Exclaimer solves the business problem of being able to add relevant campaigns to signatures dynamically and remotely without gaining access directly to the users machines. Previously our staff were very busy / reluctant to give IT and marketing time to manually add campaigns or amend signatures. Now everything is done remotely via exclaimer. The connection into your tenant/domain is achieved by following the wizard and pre-written PowerShell scripts to create and configure the default connectors and rules. Designing and testing your signatures is easy to do and the rollout to your staff can be done in various ways - BIG BANG or in smaller chunks. I started on the Monday, and was finshed with the rollout and complete by the Wednesday eve. The longest part was getting the users to remove all signatures from their Outlook and mobiles and the comms to the business. If all projects were so painless. Brilliant There is a new GUI now also .. that is taking a little while to convert to, but at least it shows that investment is still being made in the system. **What do you dislike about Exclaimer?** The only thing that I cannot find in the signature editor that would be insanely useful is the ability to copy a box's attributes and apply them to another box - like a 'format painter' facility. **What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were relying on our users to create and update their Outlook signatures. The support staff, I believe they were named Paula and Simon, were very good to work with when I had issues and that is not always the case for other products. And it just works and I do not have to baby sit it or keep watch all the time. **What do you dislike about Exclaimer?** It took some time for the Microsoft sync to get updated and I was worried I had messed it up. To set this system up, you will need to pay attention as you cannot just click "next" every step of the way through.
