We notice no email delay from introduction this additional hop in our email routing. The customer service team are fantastic and onboarding was easy. It is a reliable system and it simply just works. It syncs automatically with our Microsoft tenant every 24 hours so I know it is usually up to date and I can force a manual sync if needed. There is still some flexibility through user-defined fields so users are able to input their own pronouns and working hours if they want on their signature without having to involve the IT team. It was really easy to set up, just press a few buttons and the email rules were automatically added to our Exchange Online settings. **What do you dislike about Exclaimer?** It would be good if shared mailboxes were able to have different signatures and didn't require a license to use. Very very rarely it is slow loading on users computers and they put in tickets saying their signature has dissapeared, but actually it is still being applied through the email routing just not through the Outlook client for some reason. Not really sure why this happens, sometimes re-appears after a reboot. They use email support and take an exceedingly long time to reply. By long, a common message send and receive is typically measured in days, so by the time you get the response, you have to reengage what you were working on as it is not fresh and present. The other issue they have is creating signatures that work consistently for Windows vs Mac/iOS recipients. Formatting gets out of whack and the signatures look AWFUL. There are other better products/services out there. You should get Exclaimer only if you like getting little service or bad support and like being locked in to highwater mark contracts (if you increase the user count and then need to reduce it later, you cannot.
