"Simple, High-Value Signature Management"

5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

My favourite thing about Exclaimer is that it combines simplicity with real business value. The drag-and-drop editor makes signature management easy, centralised control keeps branding consistent and email banners turn every email into a marketing opportunity. The analytics are also useful because they show the impact of campaigns without adding extra work for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The only thing i dislike abut Exclaimer is that we need to commit to a 12 month term, many of our customers would prefer a month to month option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer solves the problem of inconsistent email signatures and time-consuming updates. Centralized management, marketing banners and automated deployment save time, improve brand consistency and help organizations get more value from every email they send. "Easy Setup and Seamless AD Integration for Staff Signatures"

5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Easy to use and setup. For users, it's so simple and they don't need to do anything or setup/configure on their end. Also, are it connects to your organisations AD, you can get all the account info you need for a member of staff to populate their signature. Exclaimer is definitely worth the money and removes the headache from staff and IT. Once setup, going forward, there's very little additional work to be carried out.

Very easy to setup new signatures and put in exclusions to limit groups and individuals. You can tailor the system to work the way you want it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

If you do get an error, it can be difficult to pin point the issue. Or in some cases, there is no error message. The system should flag if a signature should have been applied, but the user was able to bypass this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making the setup of signatures seamless and worry free for users. Also, once setup, this will be applied to all accounts setup i.e. on Outlook, mobile and any other systems as it applies once the email has been sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exclaimer Resolves Signature Inconsistencies, Worth the Price"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Things that I appreciate is Exclaimer's client rendering preview feature, which allows me to see how a signature is displayed in different email environments before deployment, removing the guesswork and previous frustrations. I also like the ability to pull contact details directly from our directory, which means when someone changes roles, their signature updates without manual edits. This also makes it easy to push updates across the whole firm quickly, ensuring everyone is on the same template without leaving anyone behind. The support is quick whenever we hit a snag, especially with specific issues that need special handling. It's been reliable enough to justify the price for our firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The friction points are familiar ones. Cost per user is on the higher side, and for a firm our size, it added up to a number I had to actively defend, particularly to partners who didn't initially see why Exclaimer warranted, platform at all. The analytics are also something that I'd like improved. Mostly, banners click on when I'd rather have a clearer picture of whether our signature announcements actually drive any engagement. And there's essentially no intelligent assistant, no suggestion for improving layout or flagging something that looks off-brand. So every design addition rests entirely on us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found that Exclaimer solved our signature rendering inconsistencies and improved trust across different email clients. The client rendering preview ensures we maintain consistency, reduces our guesswork, and applies updates quickly across our office without leaving anyone outdated. "Effortless Email Signature Management"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I like that Exclaimer was easy to set up and deploy, which made it simple for me as a 'one man show' to quickly unify our company's email signatures after merging multiple companies. The ability to create custom signatures based on departments and user roles is a great feature. The software's price is reasonable, and the integration process was simple and effective. I also appreciate how easy it is for users and how it reliably does exactly what it promises with just a few mouse clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

We've had some issues where clients have lost connection to the service and needed to do some rebooting, but other than that, everything has been very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer unifies our email signatures, allows custom signatures per department, and simplifies management. It's easy to set up and deploy, making my job as a solo administrator smooth, even after a company merger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and Feature rich Signatures that's easy to use"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

it is easy to setup, affordable, and the marketing team can also use. the marketing team can now easily create signatures and deploy accross the company whilst IT just maintain the infrastructructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I wish the teams background had an API to make it more automated, and not manually downloadable per user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The marketing team was creating signatures and sending it to users or teams on a monthly basis. but the banners and artwork changes very often. users also sometimes neglect to update their signatures using outdated banners. With exclaimer it is managed centrally and rolled out on behalf of the users, so campaigns are much more up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Email Signature Solution with Seamless Integration"

4/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I like using Exclaimer to manage all our email signatures centrally from one place. It's great that it's tied into our Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, so signatures automatically update with the correct job titles, phone numbers, and contact details. I love that once it's set up, the system more or less runs itself. It's great to make a single change and have it roll out to everyone automatically. This set-and-forget control is exactly what I need after a busy day. Moreover, being able to push a fresh campaign banner to the whole team in one go is highly efficient. I also appreciate that the signature stays consistent across desktop, web, or mobile emails, which is crucial in our small agency. The role-based access is another feature I like, allowing our marketing lead to update banner campaigns without needing full admin control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The previews are my main gripe. What I see in the editor doesn't always match what lands in the recipient's inbox, so I end up applying a design and firing a test email to myself just to be sure, which drags things out. Navigating the admin area trips me up too, since I'm only in there occasionally, I find myself hunting for the same settings each time, simply because I don't use it enough to remember where they live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Exclaimer to centralize our email signature management, ensuring consistent branding without manual updates. It integrates with my Microsoft 365 to auto-update info and lets me roll out campaigns swiftly, maintaining a professional image across devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Effective Email Signature Management"

5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I really like the fact that it's super easy to configure a signature, and on top of that, I enjoy that it pulls down the 365 credentials, making it very easy to mass produce signatures Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

One thing I dislike about Exclaimer is that troubleshooting can sometimes be difficult, especially when multiple signature rules, mail flow rules, and Microsoft 365 settings interact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer solves the problem of managing email signatures across the organisation by allowing signatures to be deployed and updated centrally.

This benefits me because it's very quick and easy to roll out new signatures, branding changes, or marketing banners to all users without needing to configure individual devices or rely on users to update their own signatures. It's also easy to manage access, as you can simply add a user to the relevant group and the correct signature is applied automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

What I really like about Exclaimer is the notebook interface, which makes it easy for our analysts who have more of a SQL and Excel background than heavy coding experience to build reasonably sophisticated models without needing an engineer involved in every iteration. The integration with our data warehouse has worked cleanly too, as historical sales and inventory data pulls in without much reformatting needed on our end. As for performance, it has been solid, even when we are testing several years of transaction history at once. Queries that would have taken a long time in our previous warehouse now return quickly enough that we can iterate through several scenarios in a single setting. What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I think the pricing took some real work to prove out since the value is somewhat indirect. It's about avoiding bad promotions without the clean direct revenue numbers, which made the initial budget conversation harder than I expected. Also, the AI assistant has been decent for general queries, but I'd like to see it more tailored towards suggesting promotion scenarios with testing based on patterns in the data, rather than us having to think of every hypothesis ourselves. What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Exclaimer to model promotions against historical sales data, helping avoid costly mistakes by predicting outcomes before going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Branding with Exclaimer, Needs Deeper Analytics"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

What I like is the flexibility of the UI for making precise brand guidelines. Our design team could match exact color codes and logo placement closely with our new brand books, which was important given the time and money invested in developing that new identity. The integration with our email platform means the new templates apply instantly without needing individual employees to edit their signatures, removing the risk of inconsistent adoption during a high visibility rebrand moment. The performance was solid during the rollout, with the change applying across our full headcount without delays or partial rollout causing confusion. Additionally, support was responsive leading up to our launch date, instilling confidence that everything would go out correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

What I don't like is that the analytics on-site are fairly basic. Mostly, just click count and I would like deeper insights into things like which employee signature drove more engagement with our rebrand announcement banner. AI and intelligence would have been generally useful too—something that could suggest optimal design or messaging based on past campaign performance would save our design team some guesswork during project launches. What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer rapidly speeds up company-wide rebranding, ensuring email signatures are immediately updated to match our new visual identity. It integrates with our email platform, eliminating manual updates and preventing inconsistent adoption. This streamlines brand consistency from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
