**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The design team is quick to assist with any questions I might have during the testing process. We are currently working through the process of creating a ready-to-go template that could apply to our firm globally. the anticipation of rolling out the template is still timely.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

So far, I have yet to encounter any challenges with the product, tech, or design teams. I am thrilled with what we signed up for.

**Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:**

The product is excellent and has everything an organization needs to advance your email signature professionally.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using more of a manual process for individuals to change and update their email signatures in Outlook directly. The process can be tedious and require a lot of personal assistance from our marketing team. Exclaminer has stepped in to help us ease the process and make sure everyone is on board and stays on brand.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Despite clearly being designed for Microsoft, it also brings most features over to Google Workspace for a sensible price and with a sensible user minimum. It's a great option for small businesses looking for a simple approach to email signature management. The support team are really helpful if you have any issues and typically respond within a day. It's great to have both client-side and server-side functionality, so the email signature can be visible on all the Gmail website version, but on mobiles where this cannot sync – the signature will still be applied server-side.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

There are a few technical nuences that the software presents, such as not updating your sent folder to show the email signature when using server-side functionality

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes need for annual email signature updates (we are an annual event) that are often inconsistently applied.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

We have multiple brands, and each brand needs a different signature. This allows for that. Easy to delpoy. Easy to edit. Easy to manage once you have your outlook tenant all setup. Saves me a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The customer support after we signed up lacked a little. We had great support until we signed the contract, and then it went downhill. It took nearly 2 weeks to get functional because of this.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me a ton of time. Instead of needing to manually create each person's signature, this does it automatically. Which is a big deal for as many employees and brands as we have,

Elasticity and Accesability. Portal is easy to use and explore, and configuration is easy to apply.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Working with several signatures is sometimes required, but here only one signature can be applied here. It might be usefull to have this option available.

Been able to separate several users by different Domains according with my company requirements. Also the option to change the signature according with the season (Christmas, etc)

Exclaimer was very easy to get up and running. We followed one of their videos to complete the initial setup, and then found it very intuitive to start creating signatures.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

If I'm being completely honest we haven't found anything so far that we didn't like!

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When moving from on-prem email hosting to cloud hosted with Microsoft 365, our biggest issue was signatures.
The product that we were using for on-prem was not available for cloud, so we were relying on individual users to create and apply their signatures correctly, but this led to a lot of inconsistencies across the business.
Exclaimer allows us to set up multiple email signatures for various groups to ensure they not only look great but are also being applied consistently!

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

The drag-and-drop functionality for setting signatures is easy to use and intuitive. The support and documentation is also very helpful - Exclaimer's team are very professional and personable, too. The buying process was initially delayed from our side and Chris B was very patient and not at all pushy, which I greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

I haven't found anything that I don't like.

We want to make more changes to our signatures and that was previously done on a manual basis, which was time-consuming and relied on individuals to action requests. It also opened up the potential of people applying non-brand compliant assets to said signatures or using out of date information. The solution allows us to customise our fields and apply a degree of individual flexibility, while saving time and effort.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

I like the fact that it allows us, on the IT side, to save a lot of time. The editor system is very simple and intuitive in fact we devolved it to marketing.  It can do almost everything it says, at a low price.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

What I don't like is the ticket support that is often too long and with inaccurate answers. In addition, the functionality of sending “on behalf of” shared boxes is not supported yet and thus caused us some problems

We used to have a non-centralized signature and for every change we had to go to all the users and put it in place ourselves. Now, however, marketing takes care of the layout and we in IT can take care of something else

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

After setting it up and making sure the rules are in place there is really nothing else to do. Signatures are applied automatically all the time.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only thing that is challenging is that the end users don't see the signature before they hit send, which causes some confustion from time to time. I don't think there is really thing that Exclaimer can do about this. Users.... am I right?

It helps us guarentee that the required signature and credentials are sent every time and the end users can't change it.

Helped me save a ton of man hours when it came to updating our employee's signatures. It used to be a file that we had to adjust on each PC, for each specific user that used that PC. Now we can make one change to the signature and it will replicate company wide. Implementation took like 15 minutes. My contact Michael was helpful and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Great experience and a great product.

Nothing really to dislike about Exclaimer. I am wishing it pulled a few more fields from AD, but I have an open ticket to see if there is a workaround.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Once you learn your way around the system it is very easy to generate signatures for staff based on attibutes in their AD.  It is easy to clone a signature and then make modifications based on it.
The interface is very easy to navigate.  The support is quick and efficient when you get stuck on something.

I have signatures based on roles and location and which part of the organization it is which are in separate folders so it is easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

If I create a signature based which I want to activate in the future it doesnt provide a test feature for that date.

One central place to manage the signatures rather than staff creating their own based on a template.

Easy to assign new users to. Features are good and easy to integrate with existing environments.

Modifying signatures can be a pain, and there are a few quirks with Outlook Classic and Outlook New.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

After much research and a good deal of frustration we found Exclaimer to be exactly what we needed to standardise our signatures across the company.  With a number of sites it was important to be easy to implement remotely with minimum impact upon colleagues.  We found the signature design feature to be intuitive and have all the features we needed.  Signatures are now consistent across all users and central control will ensure future design updates are immediately applied.  The Outlook integration is seemless and intuitive with almost no training required for colleagues to start implementing the sigantures.  Sales and support staff have proven to be very helpful, professional and efficient answering our queries in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Integration with Apple Mail was a little more difficult than with Outlook, this, it seems is more down to the design of Apple Mail and iOS and pricing and sharing settings, than to Exclaimer itself.  The team at Exclaimer have been keen to assist in supporting users with Apple Mail to get all functionality working properly.

Improved consistency of branding and quality, ease and centralisation of management and updates to signatures.

It gives us the ability to apply signatures company wide from any device, without any extra setup on our end.

The user interface could be slightly improved for clearer navigation, but it's fine

It ensures we have a professional signature applied to all staff emails, regardless of the device they come from.
It also means zero extra setup on our end when we get a new staff member or when they get a new device.

There are guides for every process you can think of, relativley easy fixes and implimentation. Even when you're sutck the support team is great and helpful. Once applied the convenience of use and actually applying the signatures is really seamless.

Not much to say here, just trying to figure out the deployment in office 365 had some troubles which were looked at internally from our ends

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

You can control the signatures remotely without having to ask each person to update their signature on their phone, computer, and elsewhere.  This is all automatic.  All you have to do is make sure your current signature is blank.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Nothing really.  It takes a bit of getting use to, to send an email without a signature knowing that Exclaimer will add the signature on its way to delivery. Great Product.

Centralized hosted email signatures with marketing abilities, unique meeting links, and more. We are more productive and spend less time adding or updating email signatures, or even the risk of an employee not adding it correctly.

Was really just a few clicks and intuitive setup and it was done. Simplified signitures for Exchange Online users using Office 365. Published the app to users and signtures were just there - using the Client Side configuration only.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

None really - but we aren't using the server side configuration - which I had concerns about how and where mail is routed to apply signitures.

Enabling users to have professional signitures from their primary e-mail client, Outlook 365.

Looking at options to implement a centrally managed email signature product, there's only one place to go to and that's Exclamimer.  With the ease of imtegration with Office365, and a templates team to assist with creation of existing signatures to deploy, the process was painless!

- Emails route through exclaimer to attach the footer, means any outgoing emails have the correct footer, no matter the device.
- Exclaimer on-prem and since last year, cloud have been a day to day need for our company since 2016!

Easy to setup from an IT perspective, and the editor means marketing can create signatures easily without HTML knowledge. We only needed customer support a little, but they have been fantastic when needed.

Exclaimer allows us to insure that the signature files are uniformly applied.  With the flexibility to design multiple signatures based on the roles of the user.  We apply the signature at the server level, and it insures that the confidentiality disclaimer is added to every email sent from our domain.

Once set up, it has been maintained by the Marketing Director to support the new marketing initiatives without needing a tech to get involved.

There is literally nothing to dislike about Exclaimer.

Setup is straightfoward, there are a lot of features, and should otherwise be fairly easy to get started with. HTML knowledge is not required but will greatly help in understanding what to do and not to do with the layout of any signature. Their tools allow for just about any option. We have only ever had a few issues, but customer support was always responsive. Exclaimer can handle numerous signatures applied to various groups or individuals in your organization.

I honestly don't have any complaints. I do wish there was a better way to handle dark mode on devices, that is just a limitation of email in general though.

1) Applying email signatures across an organization to multiple groups or individuals. 2) allowing the signatures to be displayed in Outlook. Still applying them server-side from mobile or online.

The ease of implementing, the graphical drag and drop design interface which makes adding marketing banners etc simple and its integration with MS 365 makes this a great choice for us. Being an SME with a small IT department we dont have to spend much time maintaining this which is great.

We've not encountered any real issues with using the product and we've been using this for years. The few support calls we have raised during this time have been answered promptly and got us back on track. Very happy!

We have been using exclaimer for a long time now,from when we first moved to Office 365. Prior to that departmental email templates were used and for sales and marketing in particular were difficult to maintain. Now we just set it up and it works!

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Ease of implementation & general use and an excellent signature designer.

The support is second to none and no issue is too big or too small. Every ticket is investigated thoroughly and not closed until you as a customer are completely satisfied!

We have used Exclaimer for a number of years - coming from their legacy on-premise Exhange and Outlook editions, the new cloud-based platform works so much better and ensures that employee signatures are consistent across the business no matter where they are working and what platform they are using.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Nothing really! We did have a few small teething issues when migrating to the new signature designer but after discussing the problems with support during one ticket, everything was working as expected.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating signatures for our users was challenging enough when we were all based in the office pre-COVID, let alone when users started to work from home full time.

The Outlook Edition worked great whilst everyone was office-based but moving to the cloud version allowed us to maintain a consistent set of signatures across the business no matter where users were based. It even allows us to build custom policies that only apply to certain users or groups, this means that users can still utilise their favourite email templates whilst knowing that if any changes are needed they are pushed out to all users without the need for any manual intervention.

Since the pandemic with hybrid working here to stay and users working with Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and web-based email - we are able to maintain a set of policies that showcases our brand and allows to adapt as necessary.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

When it works, it is a convenient way to add signatures to company emails. Being able to centrally-manage signatures is a big benefit to marketing and IT.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

Exclaimer includes zero onboarding or training, so you are on your own for setup, which makes integration very difficult. The support documentation is lacking, so it's a lot of trial and error. The only support option available is a chatbot that sometimes functions, but sometimes is unavailable. Through several steps in the bot you can eventually request a live chat or a callback. The callback does not work, I have never received a call that I can identify or a voicemail message, so that is not really an option. The chat will connect you to someone, but the chat gets disconnected often and you have to start the whole process over from scratch to get back into the agent chat to resume your conversation. Time consuming and annoying. The chat agent will send emails as well, but you can't reply to them and they contain no links back to the chat, so they are just informational. Exclaimer will assign you a support person if you complain enough, but they will never respond to any emails, so again, not really an option. 

Some of the major features that they sold us on didn't actually work in practice, which was also disappointing.

It does require keeping active directory fields current which can be difficult for some organizations.

I love how easy it is to add signatures for users. The implementation was great. It took about one week to figure everything out. We use it every day. It integrates with office 365 and works in the backend. Customer support was good. We had an ongoing issue but it was escalated promptly and got taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

It was not as straight forward to getting the signature format correctly to display across all devices. We had to do a bit of formatting.

Signature across the whole organization that is uniform.

Exclaimer has an abundance of useful features with a simple layout making it very user friendly and intuitive. Chris Bissett has been our contact and has been very approachable answering all my questions promptly and effectively. He's also been extremely flexible and patient whilst we've had to undertake steps our side prior to onboarding, can't fault him at all amazing customer service from Chris.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

So far I haven't noticed any negatives with the product, the ability to auto import signatures from an on premise system to the cloud would be useful.

**What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple signatures which need to be used for different campaigns, products etc. Exclaimer cloud allows us to manage this easily and be able to apply signatures to different areas of the business effectively.

**What do you like best about Exclaimer?**

Great way to standardize signatures for branding and compliance, and removes the need for employees to manage their own signatures, for Compliance to approve them, for Marketing to approve them, for Technology to teach people how to do it, and for our MSP to have to write scripts to handle our many disclosures. That's a lot of people who don't have to worry about signatures anymore. 

It was easy to set up, easy drag & drop interface, easy to deploy, and the results are slick and dynamic. I love how the signature changes as you change your recipients. It took one 40-minute call to set up and connect to Exchange. And it's a great cost too. We should have gotten this years ago.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

We had a few-day blip early in our onboarding with the Outlook add-in. We're still new enough that I'm not sure if I should be worried or not, but I suspect I could have remedied the issue myself earlier in the process. I also think Exclaimer could have been more proactive in communications, but Support was very responsive, so I appreciate that. 

Regardless, if that's the only issue, then we can deal with it. The benefits outweigh that issue.

Signatures matter for branding and regulatory reasons. There were a lot of people involved in managing manual signatures, and Exclaimer eliminated all of that brain damage in one fell swoop.

The best thing I like with rotating banners, V card and QR code. These features can be used to retarget patients with other business services.

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

The only thing that I didnt like with Exclaimer, the agent interact with winword.exe and sometimes we need to kill from services to make it appear the signaures in outlook app. Not very annoying but its an inconvenience.

We do have 10 business under group and rolling out signatures to different business is huge pain. Exclaimder does it all with all automated.

Exclaimer support is extremely fast and efficient, the Exclaimer team was always available to answer all my questions and doubts whether by email or in demos/call sessions.

Sometimes the implementation of the signature may not be the fastest or most intuitive, nothing that the Exclaimer team cannot resolve, always showing themselves available to help.

- Works easily and consistently
- Allows you to preview signatures within Exclaimer

**What do you dislike about Exclaimer?**

- Signature editor is a bit slow/clunky
- Feels more geared towards Office 365 environments vs. Google Workspace; some features lacking or unintuitive in Google. For example group email addresses etc. are harder to get signatures added to in Google vs. Office 365
- Support can be a bit slow; had to jump through hurdles to switch the server instances we are using (our free trial defaulted to a US-based instance when we are actually based in Australia, resulting in slow performance - took a while to get this fixed)

Makes it easier for our organisation to enforce a consistent signature across all staff and update the signature seamlessly.

Exclaimer helps my company to not have to worry about signatures and changes to signatures can be made through AD and the marketing team can change or add whatever product the company needs to advertise.

Had an issue with their signatures applying in odd places from some end users but support did help to resolve though it took a while.
