The design capabilities are impressive too; I don't have to be a tech expert or designer to create something professional-looking. There are many features that allow managing appearance and rules, providing a lot of control. It maintains visual consistency in communication and this enhances the way our messages are received. When I had a minor issue, they didn’t just send back a generic email, they actually called me, walked through the problem, and resolved it quickly without any ping pong of emails. Support answered the phone very quickly which is pretty unusual these days and they helped me when I thought I messed up the install. I was expecting the whole migration to blow up my server, but it did not. And we were having a problem where the signature would show up as a huge attachment in peoples in boxes and Exclaimer took care of that right away. Every once in awhile the updates take a couple tries before they save and you just have to sit there and wait for them to sync. It is fairly expensive. Specifically, I really dislike that I can not duplicate templates between various tool bars or between various companies. It makes my job as an administrator much more difficult and seems like something that should be a basic feature of this software. I am writing this one handed because I hurt my wrist yesterday by moving server racks, therefore the fact that I no longer have to physically go to 60 desks and update their signatures is saving me physical pain. It prevents our emails from getting sent to spam because people are no longer attaching homemade pdf signatures to their email. I love the ease with which we can change out the signature. We've started creating fun signature elements for different holidays, which is a nice touch. Since the headache of implementing new signatures company-wide is now gone, thanks to Exclaimer pulling signature info from Microsoft Exchange, we update more frequently. We feature company programs with QR codes and update our logo to reflect holidays. These are fun bonuses that don't go unnoticed; we've received compliments on these updates, even from other companies. Also, the initial setup went pretty smoothly. I appreciate how Exclaimer lets us control email signatures from the IT side, ensuring everyone's signature is standardized. I really like the ability to push marketing material via a banner to promote various events. I find its drag-and-drop feature makes it much easier to use compared to our previous platform. Plus, it's great that we can segment roles, allowing our Marketing Team to control content and designs while IT can focus on user groups thanks to the integration with Office 365. The integration process was made easy with the provided scripts, and I was quite impressed by how seamless the setup was. The only thing we really had issues with was the initial setup of the platform, as we were using two products at once, and navigating the rough waters of getting all our users off one platform and moving them over to Exclaimer. This was more of an internal issue though, and not that of Exclaimer's. Sometimes the wait times with support are a little long, but that is how it goes in the IT field occasionally. Exclaimer lets us standardize email signatures IT-side, moving away from user-controlled chaos. It promotes our marketing materials, offering more design flexibility than our previous solution.
