The initial set up was done a lot of years ago, but was straight forward and as long as you can follow the easy instructions, it can be done in minutes. When I have logged a ticket for what has only been minor issues around admin access, the response has been quick and professional. In the past we used to have staff copying & pasting stuff from Word, then our signature formatting would get messed up with multiple font sizes. Now everything sync's with active directory, so if I update a Phone # in AD it automatically updates in the signature w/o me needing to talk to someone. The biggest thing for me is that it is reliable and that is all I ask for. **What do you dislike about Exclaimer?** Getting the azure permission set up done was a little difficult and time consuming than I anticipated. Every once in a while when using the web version of outlook, I will see a very small flicker (less than a second) before the signature appears. Costumer support is also top! **What do you dislike about Exclaimer?** Only allow 1 signature in the starter plan, could be at least 2. **What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Exclaimer, each user could setup is own signature and didn't follow all the rules, now with Exclaimer, not only the users aren't allowed to change the signature, but all signatures are equal and according to company rules. **Official Response from Sally Bellis:** > Hi Bruno, Thank you for your fantastic review!
