We were using an exclaimer update agent and needed to update the product. After the update, the app required a restart, so we put in a ticket to the support team to investigate this strange behavior. Awesome agent Jermaine got in touch with us and also let us know that we could use the add-in as an option. We configured the add-in for IT users, and it has been great so far. it was easy to implement and integrate giving our users options that the app agent could not provide. The add-in was easy to use for our users. Jermaine works with us on the configuration and imp; elimination of the add-in to the test user.

I was not involved in implementing the app, but I wouldn't say I liked the app. Installing an update for the app was a nightmare for us, and now uninstalling it is the issue.

I can't really find any issues with exclaimer cloud, it works well on all platforms and its really easy to use. I'm using it on Mac computers and PC computers and they work seamlessly.
