Excipio is a sovereign memory layer that audits and controls traffic between AI surfaces: the apps, agents, copilots, tools, and MCP servers running across an enterprise. It deploys entirely inside the customer's own perimeter, in their VPC, so the record of every request, response, and handoff between surfaces stays under the enterprise's own lock and key. The census. Within 30 days, Excipio delivers an inline census of every AI identity in the request path and shows where traffic overlaps, degrades, or leaks context. IBM's Institute for Business Value reports that only 18% of organizations maintain a current and complete inventory of their AI agents (2026), and that count leaves out the apps, copilots, tools, and MCP servers. Excipio counts all of them. Audit. Every exchange between surfaces is recorded inside the perimeter, so Model Risk, compliance, and security teams hold their own evidence of what each surface knew and did, instead of relying on a vendor-hosted log. Control. Excipio sits in the request path, so it controls traffic directly in the flow, including MCP server traffic, rather than reading a report after the fact. Sovereignty. The memory Excipio builds from that traffic belongs to the enterprise and stays inside its perimeter. The knowledge graph is built where the traffic shows value, not ahead of it. Cost is the evidence, not the pitch. Token reduction is measured per mechanism against an instrumented baseline, never modeled. Built for large, highly regulated enterprises in financial services and healthcare, whether they run frontier models behind an API, open-weight models on their own infrastructure, or both. Excipio is available through AWS Marketplace.
