**What do you like best about Dealer Management System?**

Ease of collaboration with the whole Team  from Pre-Sales to After Sales, Service and Support

**What do you dislike about Dealer Management System?**

Still needs to be updated with ongoing technologies in IT and could have been more friendly to the workforce in Automobile Sectors

**Recommendations to others considering Dealer Management System:**

A must for at least automotive sector had matured /evolved along with requirements of this industry and still adapting new technologies

**What problems is Dealer Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing problems related to Stock/Fleet, Pre-Sales (Inquiries/Leads), Order/Sales , After Sales Support, Service on common ground, Data related to many services about one customer/vehicle can be fetched at any point

It's GUI is best thing what I preferred in the DMS system

It did not comes back on same screen when accidentally power of the system apne times
