Excellent is a platform for high-end restaurant groups that brings events, staff training, marketing, and investor relations together on one system. Excellent Events covers proposals, e-signed contracts, online deposits, banquet event orders, a calendar with spaces and holds, menus and packages, lead capture, a guest portal, and reporting across locations. Excellent Craft handles staff training: courses, graded assessments, certifications, a staff portal, and a compliance document wallet. Excellent Marketing drafts social posts and guest emails from the group's own events and holds them until a person approves them. Excellent Partner builds pro formas and investor updates from the group's own numbers. AI writes first drafts, and nothing goes out to a guest, staff member, or investor until a person approves it. Excellent works in English and Spanish, on phones and desktops, with one login and one guest record. Pricing is a single plan per location with every user included.
