First of all, it should be noted that it has an excellent lead qualifier using reciprocal email, SMS and chat dialogues. Virtual assistance instinctively schedules a meeting when a high-potential user is ready to talk to a human. Our work team's primary and only problem was the perception of a virtual actor working with potential users; it took us some time to get used to it. However, its function is exceptional once adapted to the system and its perception. Exceed’s virtual assistant tool has been a game changer in our Sales Department. The VI sends frequent emails, checks our sales reps' calendars to schedule calls based on their availability, as well as updates our CRM with their status. Exceed also provides us with weekly analytics that helps us understand and track the effectiveness of our outreach efforts. It takes a considerable amount of time to configure the entire system and integrate all the company's information and automatic responses into the virtual assistant. It was difficult to make the integrations of the different software we needed to program Exceed correctly, especially Zoho crm, it was laborious, but the technical service guided us.
