Recommendations to others considering ExaVault:
When we started our law firm after leaving an extremely large, well-run firm, we spent a lot of time (much more than I originally expected) researching and demoing fresh, best-in-class but reasonably priced software solutions to make us as efficient as possible with an excellent client experience. Key software solutions included practice management, estate plan doc generation, title insurance / real estate closing, document management, and file transfers. Our file transfer solution (Exavault) was by far the best, out-of-the-gate solution. Easy to setup and utilize, did exactly what we needed (and nothing more that would add complexity to the interface or process), and well priced (although the pricing has gone up since we first started using them). What problems is ExaVault solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our transactional law and estate planning practice, we routinely need to send and receive large files, such as closing binders, large sets of loan documents, and schedules and exhibits to business purchase agreements. This allows us to send and receive these large files without emails bouncing or worrying about security. I've also found that clients receiving emails or notices via ExaVault don't have issues with the emails/notices getting stuck in spam. Even our older, less technologically savvy clients have never had a problem receiving or uploading files via ExaVault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
