The ability to send my jobs to many jobs boards with out having to hunt down which are the best. And when I make an update to the job the updates are sent to all the job boards as well. This is a very easy to use system that sends your listings to job boards! You can schedule interviews with this software and text message your applicants. They have a lot of great functionality.
