**What do you like best about ExactHire?**

From day one, the platform has been incredibly easy to navigate, making the entire applicant tracking process smooth and efficient for our team. The user-friendly design allowed us to get up and running quickly, and it has continued to be a reliable, intuitive tool for managing every step of our recruiting workflow. The variety and reach of job boards available through the system have been a game-changer—giving us access to a broad pool of talent across multiple positions and locations, which has directly improved the quality of our candidate pipeline.

Beyond the platform itself, the customer support has been exceptional. Responses are always timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented, and the guided advice provided throughout our partnership has helped us refine strategies, optimize postings, and make the most of every recruiting opportunity. Pricing has been fair and competitive, especially considering the level of value, service, and results we’ve seen. Over the past three years, this partnership has not only improved our processes but also elevated our overall recruiting capabilities in ways we couldn’t have achieved alone.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

There is not currently an API feed to connect directly with our onboarding software, which would have been an ideal enhancement. However, this has not been a deal breaker given the value, support, and results the platform delivers.

**What problems is ExactHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a one-person HR and recruiting team managing multiple locations across several states, I needed a way to keep postings organized, reach a wide pool of qualified candidates, and track applicants without drowning in manual work. ExactHire has streamlined every step of the recruiting process—from posting jobs across numerous boards in one click, to keeping candidate communication and tracking in one centralized place. It has significantly reduced the time and effort required to manage multiple openings at once, improved the quality of applicants we receive, and allowed me to maintain an organized workflow even during high-volume hiring periods. The automation, job board reach, and centralized tracking have freed up my time to focus on interviewing and strategic hiring decisions rather than repetitive administrative tasks

The customer service was great. Whenever we had a request, it was taken care of very quickly and professionally.

I cannot think of anything that stood out with ExactHire that was a negative.

**What do you like best about ExactHire?**

My company has a long history with Exacthire.  They were our first and only applicant tracking system for over a decade.  What I like best is that no matter what the issue I'm having, they really do everything they can to address and most importantly listen to my concern.  This is something that you don't find in many vendor relationships.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

Honestly, there isn't much I don't like.  Whenever we have had a concern, it has been addressed.

**What problems is ExactHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to eliminate the hassle of paper applications and house all of our applications in one place.  The system works well with all the job boards we use which is a huge asset.  We are able to communicate with ease to our applicants thorugh email or text, which is a major time saver and the preferred method of most job seekers.

**What do you like best about ExactHire?**

Ease of use and simplicity of the program.  Customer service is also fantastic and very responsive. The implementation process was so smooth and well directed by our representative, Chantel Hatch.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

Nothing comes to mind other than it is not as recognized with other platforms we use such as AI. This is only important to us from an integration standpoint when other platforms have not heard of ExactHire and may not know if they can integrate with Exacthire.  The columns in Exacthire need to consistently be "restretched" if you leave a window within Exacthire.

**What problems is ExactHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrated with our AI platform ARYA so that was nice so that candidates found on ARYA could be forwarded to ExactHire for tracking purposes in one place.   Recruiting applicants from our various job boards is the other main use.

**What do you like best about ExactHire?**

I like that it emails you when there is a change in the flow of the applicant, like changed from interview scheduled to interview completed or offer made for example.   This is a huge time saver as I don't have to go into the system all the time to find out where the candidate is in the process.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

I do not like that when you text someone in the system that when they respond it comes in an email and you have to go back into Exacthire to respond as a text.

**What problems is ExactHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving that it keeps all our candidates organized and in one place.   Also gives access for not only the recruiting team to view all candidates but also all out hiring managers.

**What do you like best about ExactHire?**

The XH applicant tracking system is incredibly easy to navigate, in comparison to other applicant tracking systems I have used previously. It is amazing to be able to contact the ExactHire support staff regarding questions without being passed to multiple departments for clarification.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

The XH ATS is incredibly simple, no frills, which may be problematic for very large organizations.

**What problems is ExactHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The XH platform is an easy place for us to be able to access candidate profiles, store their information for an extended period of time (so we can access it later if needed) and provides consistency in our hiring practices.

**What do you like best about ExactHire?**

Implementation process was very smooth and customer support from beginning through to end was very good. Having an ATS that candidates can flow through when applying to a position and then pulling them over to OnboardCentric once hired. All the new hire paperwork is online and the new hire can complete vs. hard copy paperwork.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

If I need to make any changes to our ATS or Onboarding, I have to go thorugh the Implementation Specialist and scheudle time to review and edit. The turnaround time was pretty quick but it would be helpful just to call someone and fix the issue immediatley.

**What problems is ExactHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

job posting and recieving candidates in one system and then pulling the new hire over in Onboarding and all new hire paperwork is completed electronically.

EH did the work for me!  Screening those candidates that would best fit the position and not wasting my time doing the screening
Randi was very supportive and helped me whenever I had a question or concern.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

The control freak in me wonders if there was a 'missed' candidate that I might have interviewed.  My issue - :)

**What do you like best about ExactHire?**

Our account manager is great and available to answer any questions we have.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

The notes feature is not effective. My suggestion would be for the notes to be attached to applicants and not applications. For example, if someone has applied for 10 jobs with us, we would need to click into all 10 applcations to see if there are any notes. It would be nice to click on an applicant and see all of their notes from past applications. For this reason, we do not use the notes feature and make notes on candidates outside of the system.

Tags are helpful to search database of candidates

As a hiring manager, Exacthire hire allows me to stay organized and efficiant! The system is easy to use and keeps track of my progress!

I am looking forward seeing a mobile app being developed.

The problem is finding qualified candidates through job boards on major hiring websites can limit candidates. Exacthire allows a hiring manager to cast a net to more hiring sites with one job posting.

The ability to push my jobs out to many jobs boards with one click is a huge time saver.

ExactHire fits all my needs. I do not have a downside at this time.

The ability to send my jobs to many jobs boards with out having to hunt down which are the best. And when I make an update to the job the updates are sent to all the job boards  as well. It allowed me to get applicants from sources I other wise wouldn't.

This is a very easy to use system that sends your listings to job boards! You can schedule interviews with this software and text message your applicants. They have a lot of great functionality.

**What do you dislike about ExactHire?**

I can honestly say that at this point, there is nothing that I dislike about ExactHire Applicant Tracking.

They provide a one stop shop for applicants to apply, managers to review appications, and for us to hire new employees.
