What do you like best about LogRhythm SIEM?

LogRhythm comes with an excellent web user interface for troubleshooting, that fits perfectly with the trustworthy and robust platform that it is. Customer Support is great, as they always respond immediately, so we can achieve our daily/weekly/monthly goals without a lengthy moment in any technical question. What do you dislike about LogRhythm SIEM?

Although LogRhythm is great, we can't say it's a perfect platform. For first-time users, LogRhythm can be difficult to understand, especially if you want to learn it by yourself. As it takes a while, it's essential that someone in your team has experienced with LogRhythm or that you request your vendor some training. When it comes to performance, I have a single complain and it's that the information indicated when an alarm ring is set to display only the priority data and I'm unable to switch it. Recommendations to others considering LogRhythm SIEM:

As a regular LogRhythm's user, I can say this tool is ahead of competition. It's perfect for medium-sized businesses wishing to have a pleasant overview of how safety threats happen in the setting. What problems is LogRhythm SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?

In IT department of our company, LogRhythm is a commonly used tool as it's very useful for us. We use it to automatically gather and deeply analyze log files and their correlations in the corporate setting. What do you like best about LogRhythm SIEM?

Compared to other SIEM alternatives, LogRhythm is competitive in pricing and implementation, as LogRhythm's vendors are always able to help during the entire deployment process. Within the main console, we're allowed to process logs, so we can have a general perspective of each log in real time. Besides, every log is set in a readable format, which makes it very easy to export to the rest of the group and it's able to analyze all computers and servers. What do you dislike about LogRhythm SIEM?

There are too many tools, menus and options included in LogRhythm, which makes it collapse and complicate things a lot, but I think that's the only thing I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LogRhythm is a great tool if your company constantly needs to manage several logs. You must, of course, have an inner team ready that has a humble understanding of security management, so they're able to manage it correctly and react to warnings properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRhythm SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?

LogRhythm is the primary SIEM solution that we are using to secure the business environment at the moment. It has been implemented to be a PCI compliance checkbox for our company and it has generally worked pretty well. Our managed security services partner and members of the inner team use it every day, and they're all pretty satisfied with its performance. The information gathered works as a basis to set up alerts when something happens, like any a computer crashing, a system suddenly shutting down or a new account being generated. LogRhythm Network Monitoring tool is delivered as a separate tool which can be considered as an overrhead by Business Managers and would naively consider it to be an extra resource to acquire.
