I strongly recommend adding a “Keyword” field in the settings, which should not be included in the overall abstract word count. Provide an email reminder template for reviewers, automatically sent at H-10, H-5, and other relevant intervals. Disable the option for reviewers to hide the PDF file uploaded by participants, as this undermines the double-blind process by allowing reviewers to view the original PDF content. Ex Ordo has provided a dedicated field for “Keywords”, however, the words entered in this field are currently counted toward the total abstract word count.
