**What do you like best about eVSM?**

Value streams have very clear visual representations, this helps in identifying the wastes and delays.
 It integrates seamlessly with other business systems, enabling data-driven insights and automating parts of the mapping process

**What do you dislike about eVSM?**

Definetly has long learning curve for users  who are unfamiliar with value stream mapping or Lean practices.

**What problems is eVSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eVSM helps find problems like delays and wasted resources in business processes. It shows where things get stuck or take too long, making it easier to improve speed, save time, and reduce costs.
