Ability to make minor config changes in house with little dependability on support. Good foundations for majority of the modules available with a standard config available to either customize or roll with. Easy to use with simple work flows for the most part. Its been very useful to have such a diverse amount of information stored in the one easy to access place with the use of an app for remote users extremely useful in our work industry. EHS 360 is our companies safety management system, we track everything from incidents and hazards to training, audits and inspections stakeholders permits and all communications. The visual interface (look & feel) feels outdated & overly complicated. There is no distinction between the polished end result and the admin configuration. Processes to configure & implement a new module could use improvement. The success of implementation is based on the experience of the consultant assigned. Lack of critical thinking skills & problem-solving from the consultant leads to difficult implementation. Workflow training documentation could be expanded. Sometimes the courses do not load properly and you have to check with the SAI contact as to why the course won't start etc, I think SAI is still ironing out the tool. My organization uses Compliance 360 Policy Manager to organize and maintain up-to-date policies, procedures and guidelines. I like the paperless system and the instant availability to look up documents via a web browser at any of our facilities. Too many users with the ability to add new documents can cause issues. We are working through issues of numerous duplicated documents.
