Both the mobile app and the online version are visually great looking and it's easy to navigate both, but the biggest benefit for us is the both-ways integration to EmployeurD for payroll and to Folks RH !!! **What do you dislike about Evolia?** I wish there was a way Voila calculate automatcally paid vacations, using the data from our payroll system, instead of just showing the data! I love the general look of the platform, it's intuitive and user friendly. We work with a lot of volunteers coming from all kinds of backgrounds, some are not tech savvy, but all of them are able to punch in and out easily. The way the volonteers can grab the shift that they want is amazing, we don't even have to solicitate them, they can see our needs and make it work with their own schedule. **What do you dislike about Evolia?** The timesheets, the format is not practical for us. We can't access it from our phone which makes it harder to answer questions on the go. We would love to personalize the software with our own lingo. We do not have employees but we have a lot of different programs that are sending ressources our way. **What problems is Evolia solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easier to have a view of our needs and which emplacements require more staff. It's really helpful to keep track of the hours for the volunteer in specific programs. It is an efficient application and very easy to manage. **What problems is Evolia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing attendance records is much more efficient with this application. Gone are the days wasted on the phone finding a replacement for a shift in my company. Once our business priorities and workflows were set, the platform found the optimal employee for each shift, which is so helpful for us. **What do you dislike about Evolia?** General is great, but we disliked to go on the web version to enter our timesheets. They did however, add the feature on mobile in the past months which is a fine. Not much negative stuff to say here. **Recommendations to others considering Evolia:** I 100% recommend it , made our life much better with their simple interfaces, it has most of the features we need to manage a network of retailers, great customer service, they helped every time were looking for a setting or trying to solve a new use case. **What problems is Evolia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling and payroll. Employees dont need a lot of time to know how it works. **What do you dislike about Evolia?** Employees can't update the shift that I put , they need to create a new shift or time entry. Sometimes I need to update the time sheets before approving it. **What problems is Evolia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee scheduling , vacation , time sheets. It's very great because I dont need to work with paper anymore and everyone is using the same app. ### 10.
