Evity is a Swedish HR system for small and medium-sized companies. It brings the whole employee journey together in one place, from hiring to exit, and is developed together with HR teams. More than 100 Swedish companies use Evity every day. Everything is included in the price: all current and future features, with no modules to add and no hidden fees. Customer data is stored and processed in Sweden on Microsoft Azure, and support is free for all users. Features include employee profiles, performance reviews, employee surveys with pulse and eNPS, an HR annual planner, onboarding and offboarding, pay equity analysis, salary reviews, absence management, competence mapping with certificate tracking, a whistleblowing channel, a GDPR center, e-signing, an employee handbook and a CV generator for consultancy firms. Evity integrates with Swedish payroll systems such as Visma Agda, Fortnox, Crona Lön, Kontek, Hogia and Personalkollen, with Teamtailor and Onecruiter for recruitment, and with Microsoft Entra ID, Google, Outlook, Teams, Slack, Zigned, OneDrive and ID06. Companies with their own developers can build on Evity's open API.
