"Evite Gets the Job Done"

What do you like best about Evite?

Evite is intuitive and easy to use. Having both free and paid options is great for individuals and businesses that don't do a lot of event planning but still want a trustworthy service when they need one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pivoting to virtual events and doing away with conventional mail for even formal invitations. I've even been to an Evite wedding! The cost savings, the ability to get feedback and comments, and the ability to upload pictures after an event are all nice features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Evite?

I like that it's a one stop shop for invitations and rsvp's for parties and events. I love that it sends out reminders to guests automatically (unless you turn that function off) and that it shows when an invitation has been opened so you're not left guessing. I appreciate that evites can be tailored to the occasion. There is a nice selection of themes and designs to individualize the tone and feel of the party or event. What do you dislike about Evite?

I dislike when event hosts make the guest list hidden for an event I'm attending. I personally like to know what (and who) to expect ahead of time but I understand that function also creates privacy when needed. I also dislike that it's not uncommon to find an invitation in my junkmail. I wish there was a way to ensure my evites get delivered to all my guests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Evite solves the problem of having to manage invites by hand, phone or mail. This digitizes everything and streamlines the process. I benefit in that it saves me time and money. Very limited when using zoom link. No option to enter the passcode they now require. Also, when adding recipients sometimes it automatically uploads them before you push send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
