I love that getting into the technology and getting set up is simplistic and that it does exactly what it offers. Often times implementing a new legal technology takes excessive time and resources, that is not the case with Evisort. The AI works fantastically well and does exactly what is promised. Evisort is easy to learn especially compared to legacy CLMs. Our contract manager was able to create workflows with no training. The entire system is intuitive and I like that the UI is clean and not cluttered with unnecessary information.
I especially like that you are able to sync Evisort to your Google Drive and contracts are immediately imported into Evisort. Not only are contracts immediately imported, dashboards are created and we have immediate access to contract insights.

The system lacks the ability to track multiple documents in one ticket. Our users are having to create multiple tickets if the contract has more than one document that needs to be tracked. Our organization implemented Evisort in August of 2023. The implementation process was easy. The platform integrations connected without issue. We rolled it out to users in September and it was very well received. Our users commented that the system was much easier to navigate and use. Any issues we had were easily fixed by our admins, unlike our previous system were we heavily relied on the product support team. This is a great tool for our team that relies on its CLM system day-to-day.
The workflows are easy to build and maintain. Evisort's AI features capture a lot of information in our documents. It was helpful to use the AI clauses built in, and it was also easy to use their AI tool to capture clauses our organization cares about.
The Customer Support team and implementation staff at Evisort are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have on the platform. They make note to add us to communications and upcoming product updates related to topics that we inquire about. Evisort is missing some features that are prominent in other CLMs. However, they are aware of this and are making a strategic approach on how they roll out their product updates. When we first talked with Evisort, their focus was on using their AI features to improve repository search capabilities and tools.

Our company is in the middle of implementation of Evisort, our first CLM. Deciding on which CLM system was a very long process and the Evisort team hung in with us for well over a year. The handoff to the implementation team has been seamless. So many of the Evisort team are attorneys who understand contract concepts and I've yet to meet anyone who can't answer a question we have. I like the minimalistic theme/overall look of the platform. I like that it syncs with our OneDrive and if structured properly from the get-go then it becomes helpful in organizing and for AI to learn our contracts, clauses, etc. I like how the filtering functionality is so far, you can add in a bunch of conditions to filter out specific documents that you're looking for. I like the fact that there is an AI component in the platform that picks up on deadlines, renewal dates, clauses, etc. I like the support that we've gotten so far with the platform. The functionality is sometimes elusive and hidden/not in plain sight. You'd have to become comfortable with the platform to really know how to fully get as much value as you can. Evisort offers simplicity for end users and needed complexity for administrators. Evisort takes security seriously and allows for very fine access controls.
Evisort was also an early adopter of AI features, and continues to implement cutting edge features. Even so, Evisort doesn't implement these sloppily or in ways that would compromise security.

We really appreaciate the search function - it allows us to locate all of our contracts with ease! This has already proven a great asset during a DD process.
We also use quite some contracting automation - the business teams really appreciate how easy it is to create and sign contracts, and the legal team loves that after completion, the contract is filed automatically. We have automated around 20 different contracting processes so far and also integrated other teams like accounting and IT follow ups in contracting processes thanks to the finalization stage.
The AI is a great asset when it comes to detecting the relevant contractual data.
