Eviqa Assure is clinical governance software for UK care providers. It brings incidents, delegated clinical tasks, competency, shift handovers, behaviour and restrictive practice, policies and reports into one place, so the evidence CQC looks for builds as your team works, not in a rush before an assessment. Assure was built by a registered paramedic and former CQC registered manager, for the people who run home care, complex care, supported living services, care homes and hospices. What it does: - Incidents and actions: severity grading, notification prompts, duty of candour steps and actions tracked to closure. - Delegation and competency: delegated tasks for each person supported, competency sign-off per task, expiry alerts and CPD. - Shift handovers: structured handovers sent only to authorised staff, with timed read receipts managers can check. - Behaviour and restrictive practice: ABC recording, restrictive practice and PRN review. - Policies and read-and-sign: version control, sign-off tracking and review reminders. - Outcomes: track what is improving for each person. - Reports: more than 20 ready-made reports, as PDF or spreadsheet, including an inspection readiness report. - Dashboard: what needs attention today, with incident trends using the Making Data Count method. Every plan includes every feature, unlimited people supported, the staff app, set-up, data import and training, and support from the people who build it. Data is held in UK data centres in London.
