The Evidant Data Transform Refinery (DTR) is a code-free, streaming business transformation platform that converts raw operational data into analytics-ready data that is Valid, Valuable, Accurate, and Fast. Unlike ETL tools — which are designed for data movement and generic transformation — the DTR is purpose-built for the hardest problem in enterprise analytics: converting raw operational process data into data that directly represents how the business operates. This includes audit trails, application logs, event logs, workflow data, and timestamped operational records from any source system. Business analysts build Refineries — data transformation pipelines — directly in the DTR's visual, rules-based UI without writing any code. The person who understands the operations builds the data. No IT ticket. No engineering handoff. No rework cycle. The DTR processes data as a streaming platform — data is never stored in a database. It connects to any source: databases, REST APIs, application logs, FTP, flat files, ERP systems, MES systems, and streaming data. Output goes to any BI tool, dashboard, or analytics destination. The DTR includes ten purpose-built transformers, each designed for a specific class of operational data problem that generic tools cannot address. The DTR produces data across seven farm types aligned with BPM standards: Activity, Task, Subtask, Behavior (timestamped event data), and Case, Master, and User (current state data). Every node in a Refinery is color-coded by its output farm type, making any Refinery readable at a glance. Analytics outputs supported: productivity metrics, operational analytics, workforce management, compliance and control, process analytics and process mining, and any BI tool or dashboard.
