Emails are automated and you can easily update the website on the back end. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The only downside is that I can't use it for my exhibitions and badge printing. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I managed my awards manually but using Evessio saves so much of my time! I can direct my judges there to view and score submissions electronically. I've also used ticketing platforms where you can't amend a transaction but Evessio allows this. Also the ability to live-stream our Ceremony and host it on Evessio which is crucial to us to ensure our event is accessible to all and to remove barriers for people to participate who cannot attend the in-person event. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** Some of the functions don't work for our event but this is largely down to our unsual Awards model which does not charge for entries or tickets. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining our application and judging process. **Official Response from Gayle Mackail:** > Thank you for your review, Jenni. I do not have much experience on the back end so cannot really comment on that. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a professional-looking platform for clients to use for submissions, and all data stored in one place. Plus the layers of permission and access was a very useful feature too. **What do you dislike about Evessio Awards?** The only quibble I had was the inability to have two different invoice templates co-existing ie one that specified "entries" couldn't be live at the same time as one specifying "table seats" - the template needed to be the same for both. But they were very upfront about this and I believe its on the list for developments so may already be rectified. **What problems is Evessio Awards solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives the whole team easy visibility on every stage of the awards process from the website, category management, entry processing, invoicing and credit control, judging and table sales and ceremony planning. **Official Response from Gayle Mackail:** > Louisa, many thanks for your review.
